Ryan installed a new smart thermostat. He was very professional and did a good job. He insured the unit connected to my Wi-Fi and phone correctly.

I have used this company for many many years…but will never use them again. They were late and no one called to tell me. They “found” multiple things that needed fixing now or in the near term; didn’t clean the filter, and broke the power supply box off the back of the house and didn’t fix it! They wanted me to sign up for a new unit under their “special” program. Thankfully….I got a second opinion and none of those items require fixing at the present time! And none of them have caused my electric usage to go up! It is the same it has been for 3 years since I moved here! I will never use them again! And don’t call me to discuss either! Perform the service requested and save the sales pitches for later!

Our Nest has been having issues and today the system stopped at 2pm and Kevin & Chris were at my home the same day within hours. They were quick to fix the issue and very respectful and knowledgeable when it came to what I can do to help the issue not happen again in the future. Would highly recommend these guys for any HVAC/Thermostat services!

Kevin and Chris came to diagnose my main floor heat issue. Was I wowed! Kevin showed me images, with a snake type camera, of the rusting heat exchanger, while explaining what was potentially happening inside my heating unit. Both gentlemen took the time to go through all my options - repair vs. purchase. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. My negative experiences with R&M are hopefully a thing of the past now that I found this dream team.

Acquired three quotes for our HVAC humidifier install. John R was the estimator and he blew the competition out-of-the-water. His timeliness and professionalism were our first impressions. John’s attention to detail and reasonable quote were outstanding when compared to the competition. John stood tall and respectful when answering our questions.
