Great experience overall. Chris and Josh came out to inspect our two units. Josh repaired one and recommended replacing the other. The next day, Marlon and Gustavo removed our old unit and installed a new one. All four gentlemen were kind and professional. Looking forward to the peace of mind of reliable climate control in our home!
Koby and Kevin did an excellent job, very professional and nice. Koby came out the first day and diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the parts. I received a call back the same day to schedule the return to do the repair and Kevin showed up the very next day and completed the repair in a timely manner. Nice job guys, R&M service team is top notch!
Ryan and Richard came and fixed my condensate pump in a very timely and professional manner. I heartily recommend them and R&M!
UPDATE:Chris and Kevin came out to check on my furnace because I thought I had a leak. They also checked the water heater and it has some issues so I am going to replace it and get on the Plumbing Advantage plan. I made cookies and this time they were chocolate chip, as opposed to the peanut butter ones I gave to Ryan and Richard. But I made breakfast for Kevin but Chris would not even take anything. I offered him a glass of milk and he even refused the PBR that I offered him! What's up with that?
Last year I purchased a two HVAC Checkup service from R&M, and last years check of my AC did not go too well. The tech claimed my evaporator coils were about to fail based putting his finger in the condensate and saying it felt oily. Further, when connecting and disconnecting his pressure gages he released a large visible cloud of freon (perhaps 6 feet in diameter). At the conclusion he stated the system is getting a little low on freon. This year, I asked for a different tech for part two of my service agreement, and both a tech and a management person came. They were very cordial, but were clearly trying their best to find something wrong with my AC. They did, again, state the system was low on freon, so I requested it be topped off with the understanding that would be an extra charge. However, they stated that I should have a $500 dye study done even though their "sniffer" could find no leak and that they didn't have the freon with them and that a separate service call would have to be scheduled to perform that service. I declined the dye study, so they then presented me with an electronic estimate/contract for the freon topoff which I electronically signed. When that "contract" was emailed to me, the fine print stated that they were only committed to the $/lb rate for the freon and that the actual cost for the service might be different than the estimate presented, and that I had 3 business days to cancel that contract. The per pound rate they had quoted seemed very high, so I contacted a different AC firm in the area for a competitive quote. That quote was substantially cheaper than R&M, AND they would be at my house in about 90 minutes to do the topoff. The result was I saved over $200 compared to what would have been the cost of R&M's same service. Further, while waiting for the alternate company to arrive I went to get my mail and notice that R&M had left my AC compressor/condenser electrically disconnected! I am attaching a photo of that. In my opinion R&M used to be a top HVAC company, but my recent experience with them indicates they are far less professional and that they are practicing customer rip-offs for overpriced and unnecessary services.
My old AC unit went out on a 98 degree day and these guys were able to get me a new one installed in less than 24 hours. Very impressed by Matt and Gus installing my new system. They were here on time and got the job done way ahead of time. Very professional and I highly recommend them! Kevin and Chris did a great job coming out for my yearly service! On time and very friendly! Thank you!

Used R&M for a plumbing problem we had. Our hot water line for our shower wouldnt turn off all the way and we where wasting tons of water, Bobby came out and showed me how to turn off the hot water and also made sure I didnt burn out my hot water heater, because it was late at night and the store for the parts needed was closed. He and his coworker Jason Came out at 9:30 next day and had it done before noon! Impressive work and professionalism. Will definitely use again! I appreciate all thier hard work and dedication to get it done for us ASAP.

Now I’m up and running with a maintenance program that makes me feel more comfortable getting my house maintenance on auto pilot. 4/23 Jesse was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as thorough. Great job!
