Yesterday, Richard Bishop and his partner Mike came to do annual maintenance on my Lennox system from R&M. They did a super job, even finding a dying circuit breaker in my box and replacing it before I got into trouble. They took their time and did a thorough job, down under in the crawlspace and out on the unit and everywhere. Very friendly and professional, I really appreciate them, and it is this kind of service that convinces me to stay with R&M ongoing. Five stars for these guys. Thanks, gentlemen.

The schedule time was 8-12, Jamie and Daniel were here thirty minutes after eight. They fixed the problem and ensured the unit was working correctly. Very professional and friendly. Will recommend to anyone. Thank you for the quick response.

Have had a service contract with R&M and they’ve been responsive and helpful. Kevin was just out to check our heating unit and make some adjustments due to damage caused by another vendor. He was able to come out only hours after our request and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. Thanks, Kevin!

Kris and Kevin were very professional and knowledgeable about my AC issues. They answered all my questions and were very quick diagnosing the issue. I will definitely call in the future for all my AC and plumbing needs.

I felt very satisfied with the prompt service from R&M. Both Kevin and Darrin were knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. They were understanding and compassionate of my unique situation where State Farm denied my claim after my neighbor’s construction crew buster a water main.

The service with the heating and air was exceptional, and it should be, because it is expensive. I had an issue with the generL manager about a plumbing estimate, which was very unrealistic. He was not sympathetic, was agitated and, it seemed to me felt like his company had plenty of business without mine. He didn't seem ro care, so I would. recommend using another heating and air company that actually appreciates your business.
