BEWARE! Before using this company make sure you get a second or third opinion, this company was going to charge us $3500 to clean a coil and replace a switch that was perfectly fine, and the coil didn’t need to be removed to be cleaned, another company came and fixed our heat for $120! The guy who was trying to con us was like a car salesman and was pushing us to just buy a new unit! This company is a joke, everything he said that was wrong was NOT!

I have been using R&M since 2015 when I had to get a new HVAC system. I’ve been using the same repairman, Jimmy, for many of the bi-annual visits. He’s great! Professional, efficient, and very friendly , giving me confidence in their service. Today James came along and was equally professional and friendly when he went over my water heater and plumbing with me. Taylor was excellent, arrived promptly and maintained professionalism throughout the service call. He checked all possible causes of the leak, had the tools and know how to address it and quickly resolved the issue. Highly recommend!

Had a service plan with another carrier who didn’t answer the phone on multiple attempts this morning. R&M not only answered but got me on the list for today! John and Mike came out and were great. Got the primary issue fixed and gave me a heads up on my drain line from the furnace in the garage being frozen. That way I could get right on that and stop another issue from occurring.

Koby and Chris were the best. Got things going. Gave me unfortunate news about hot water heater but they were very professional.

Jeff & Chance were excellent installers for my new gas heater and they even swept out the garage I highly recommend R & M Climate control Services
