Nathan and team are very down to earth. When my AC went out, I called Pol's Heating and cooling. They came out the next day and inspected my entire HVAC system. I had already had a feeling I would have to replace it, and Nathan confirmed. He was extremely professional, and talked me through everything that they were going to do. They installed a new system for me only a couple of days later. My wife and I will be recommending Pol's to anyone who asks us. Thank you so much!

There is a reason these guys have a 5 star rating with so many reviews. Knowledge, quick, friendly. I got a full AC system for the house, 2 mini splits and 2 new vents for the house. They came in and did a fantastic job with it. The house is finally nice and cool and our power bill has been reduced. I had gotten 3 estimates before picking Pol's. Pol's was the best bang for the buck with fantastic service. I will use them every time now should I have any other HVAC needs.

I normally do not give reviews but Pols is a one of a kind company. Having owned several houses over the 30 years, I have had my fair share of problems with mechanical systems. The worst was over Christmas week in 2022 when our heat went out and the temp was around 10 degrees. Our contracted HVAC company would not respond to our calls for 3 days. I called Pol’s and they called me back immediately. Nathan was at our house the next day and installed a new system the following day. Pol’s provides excellent service for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!

This is the second time I've needed an A/C repair, two separate issues, and both times this company has been nothing but excellent. Nathan had it diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. These guys are the absolute best and I will definitely use them for any heat and air issue! If you have HVAC issues, this is for sure the company to use! Super friendly, professional and they know their stuff!

Would not recommend. The repair guy was friendly and did actually let us know what was going on with the system. But instead of focusing on repairing what was wrong with the unit, focused more on selling us brand new units that he quoted almost $10k for.
Trane brand specifically. Probably gets a commission for selling those. Told him we would think about it. Went with someone else that repaired the unit for a reasonable cost and told us we didn’t need new units at all. That was my experience. Maybe other people had more positive ones.

Great experience! Replaced our entire downstairs HVAC system. Very affordable and efficient! Michael and Justin did a great job with the install. Overall, very pleased and happy with the work done!

I highly recommend Pols. They are truly open 24/7 for your emergency service needs. I signed up for their annual service as well. Nathan, was professional, courteous, and informative!

Pols was recommended by Trane, I called them up and they scheduled me immediately. Nathan the technician that came on the call was honest forthright and diagnosed and repaired my hvac unit quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend that Pols be your first call when your hvac system needs repair or maintenance, I know it will be mine.

I found Pol’s Heating and Cooling quite by accident. I was trying to contact my usual HVAC company, but they hadn’t returned my calls in several days. I eventually called the original salesman for my Trane units. Found out he had moved to a new company: Pol’s. We talked for a while. He suggested I try Pols for my problem. Nathan, one of Pol’s techs, arrived and did a great job for me. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Efficient. Thorough. Great communicator. I learned more about my HVAC system in the hour he was here than I had in years from my original supplier. Nathan even identified a roof leak I’d been trying to locate for months. The price for the work was reasonable and I felt sure it was done properly. I’m switching my future HVAC business to Pol’s Heating and Cooling.
