After purchasing a 64 year old home last September, our utility skyrocketed! Nathan came out on a Saturday to quote the installation of insulation in the attic. I mentioned our outrageous utility bill, and Nathan asked to see our unit. He immediately knew what the issue was. Nathan’s team installed a new unit and our attic insulation. We have had 2 billing cycles since the install, and our utility bill has been reduced by more than 40% with our new insulation and efficient unit! Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable! Nathan Michael and Justin came to my house on at Saturday and Sunday to install a new unit. They were very professional and proficient at what they did and had it done in 2 days. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who ask . Even if I over hear a conversation about hvac I will step right in and give them a positive answer about this company. We used Pol’s Heating and Air to repair and replace damaged duct work that caused our heating system to totally stop working. Nathan, the owner of the company, was professional, was always prompt to answer our calls and any questions we had, and quoted us a fair price. Both Brian and Sage, the actual HVAC technicians, were professional, prompt, good communicators and overall did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to call on them again if needed. Thank you all so much for returning our heat to us!

Pols stopped our home the evening we called them looked at our 18 yr old unit and gave us the choice of repairing or replacing. Nathan was very straight forward and honest. We had a new trane system installed and it was done in a neat and orderly fashion. Can’t say enough. I’m sure they’re not the cheapest but I didn’t want the cheapest I wanted the best. We clearly made the best decision to go with Pol's for our furnace and ac unit. From start to finish the process was easy informative and efficient. Found them angies list. Called me back in less than an hour. Scheduled me for the next day. Nathan was awesome. Took pics of my equipment to show me how old and damaged it was. Had a new system installed on the day before Xmas Eve. His guys were clean, fast and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Also signed up for an annual maintenance contract with them. Nathan, Kelly and Brian were all amazing. Highly recommend this company! Hard to find companies like this in today’s world!

So I live in Ohio and own a condo around Gatlinburg. My air-conditioning stopped working one day and I had to try to find someone to fix it as quickly as possible because I had guest coming down in the near future. Luckily I called Pol's heating and cooling and they were amazing. They came out the next day and talked to me about the issue. Instead of fixing the 22 and 26 year old units that were on their last leg, I decided to replace them. Nathan, the technician that I worked with, was very helpful and easy to communicate with remotely. He was able to call the mechanical units distributor and get replacement units for the next day! I'm not sure if I got lucky but it was such a quick and easy process. On top of all that, Nathan walked me through everything he was doing, was very thorough with his work and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Pol's Heating and Cooling to anyone having problems with their heating and cooling systems!!
