Bryan and Sage were very professional and worked very well together. After 4 hours I had a new A/C, a new heater, and a new water heater. The installation looks very clean.

Nathan came out to fix my grandfather's ac unit, he had the part on his truck and had my system up and cooling within a hour for a reasonable price, I highly recommend Pol's heating and cooling to everyone!!! When we bought our house we didn't know we were going to have so many problems my husband was having headaches every day and the house was cold this was in the winter so we called Pol's heating to come out and.check the HVAC unit Nathan said the unit was undersized and it is gas and the CO2 pump was failing so the CO2 was not going out of the house if he had not checked it I would not be here to write this great review he replaced the unit with a Trane also he covered the copper pipes in the crawl space and put insulation under the floor also we also had insulation blown in the garage he put a heater in the garage we also had insulation blown in the entire houseNathan is a very nice person dependable and very professional we would recommend him and his team150% him and his family have become good friends of ours and part of our family if you need anything done to your house check with Pol's HVAC first to see if he can do the job first . The best!! We had several estimatesbut Pol was more knowledgeable and professional. They
opatiently and professioñaly answered all questions. He was prepared on the day of the job and his team went right to work. We were were kept advised as the workr prog⁷ressed. The crawlspace, driveway were spotless upon completion.

I was told by another company that I needed a new heat exchanger. Nathan didn't believe it. A couple of wire nuts and some sandpaper and the heater is purring like a kitten. A trip charge instead of $3K. I'm a happy camper.

Pol's installed some very much needed insulation in my attic. They also installed a dehumidifier in my crawl space. Both of these things made my AC more effective on hot and humid days. They called me immediately after submitting an online inquiry via the Thumbtack app. They came out the next day for a quote and installed the necessary items a few days after the quote. Communicated to me what I needed clearly. Their quote was not much different than the other company I got a quote from, and they recommended more insulation than the other company. I like a company that doesn't cut corners and does the job that needs to be done to solve the issue.
