Pol's Heating and Cooling

We had an old and out dated HVAC that we were having issues with for years. Micheal and Justin came out to replaced HVAC system. They were very professional and timely. Taking the old system out and fully installing a new one only took them a few hours and it looks and the main thing works great!

I reached out late at night via email, got a prompt response the very next day (morning via phone call) in which an appointment to come out and look at my old system was made. The entire process was very fast and easy.(Wednesday first appointment, and by Friday afternoon it was completely finished and that's even with having to order the furnace unit from out of state) I had a new outside AC unit installed along with a new gas furnace inside. The work quality was great, they were very professional and courteous, and also even cleaned up after themselves. Price was very competitive. All in all I would highly recommend these guys.

I was nervous having someone I never met before investigate the problem with the system; however, everything turned out just fine. Nathan was very professional and understanding of the situation. Brian and Sage did a great job on the install and everything is working fine! I will definitely keep their information and call them should I have any other issues in the future! I would recommend!

I can’t say enough good about my experience with these guys! I had several local HVAC companies come out and give to me estimates trying to find the best one. Not one recommended or even had any suggestions about what I needed to make my home heat an cool properly. They just asked what I wanted and told me what it would cost. When Nathan , with Pols , came out to my home we instantly knew they were the right company. He was very honest and knowledgeable about what I should do. He gave me suggestions and answers to questions I didn’t even know I should ask. Not only did he give me a great price he was able to get started very quickly.
Bryan and Sage , two amazing technicians , called me literally the next day to get started. These guys were super professional and knowledgeable about their job as well. They asked me how I wanted different things along the way and also gave me really good suggestions on what works best. They kept everything nice and neat and cleaned up behind themselves. They got my new system up and running in just one day! Bryan walked me through operating this new system from turning it on to changing the filters. He took the time to insure I knew exactly how to use it.
These guys treat you like family. I will definitely have them on all my HVAC needs in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are amazing! Seriously, I can't say enough about them. I shopped around looking for someone to come check out my heat, and Pol's was the first to get back to me. They had the lowest service fee I had found, and they came out that same day! Nate was incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to explain and even show me what was wrong with my HVAC. Unfortunately it ended up needing to be replaced, but he was patient enough to sit with me for probably an hour while we got everything figured out. He even waved the service fee. Today Brian and his partner came out to install the new HVAC (in the cold and rain), and they were nothing if not professional and courteous. Even took their shoes off before coming in the house as to not track mud in. Every single person I have dealt with, from making the appointment, to the service visit, to the installation, have been incredibly friendly and personable while also staying professional. They make you feel like you've known them for years. These guys have gained a customer for life. Thank you all for everything you do!

Always a pleasant experience when Nathan takes care of the work at hand. Whether it's installing a new HVAC system, which happened two years ago, or replacing a broken blower motor that happened last week. He has always been on time and very knowledgeable about identifying the problem and providing options on how to fix it.

Sage and Brian were great! They were timely, efficient, respecting, well-knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Even came by and installed a temporary AC unit until they came by later in the week to replace our broken AC. Nate, the owner I believe, was very professional and encouraging in his initial visit to access the problem. Overall, thankful for their work and would recommend!

I highly recommend Pol’s for hvac maintenance and, or repair. Nathan was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very timely. Even though there was a pretty severe heat wave and emergency calls a priority, I was put on the schedule very quickly ( I had a concern over a racket our unit was making). Very satisfied with the service!!!

Nate came in and evaluated my system and found that it was completely destroyed. At the coldest time of the year. Figures. He took the time to explain everything in detail and let me know why it became damaged. He then recommended a replacement. I asked if there were upgrades and then he started to tell me different options. He did not try to sell anything and i appreciated that. He had a new unit here in 3 days. The install team, Brian and Seth, were very professional and installed everything in a very short time. They took time to answer any questions i had and then cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I highly recommend Pol's Heating to anyone who may need service or a new unit.
