I was very happy with my experience in the store, especially with help from Mattie in the Print Center. She is very knowledgable.

I mainly come in here to get my printing done. And I will say that's one thing that you can't really do DIY at home as well as these people do. Let the printing department do their business and you'll definitely be okay with paying a little more. Professional, clean and always on point! Make sure you get your orders in before 2:00 p.m. if you want the same day.

Ran in for printer paper, ink for my printer, and batteries. The cashier was polite and helpful.

Went there to purchase laptop. Person on the floor was very helpful. He called the Manager to get the laptop because only Manager can get them from secured area. Waited, and waited and waited (about 20 minutes). Manager never appeared. Told sales person forget it, I'll go somewhere else and walked out.

After 6 years of doing business well in excess of 5 figures, I'm done with this store. The print department routinely triple charges customers (it's up to you to catch it) and the staff are incompetent. There were some major changes over the past few years and the quality of copy and print staff has bottomed out. See ya.

They've been telling me for four days that the item I want will be in "tomorrow". All I want is a cardboard box. There's no reason an office supply store should be out of every single box in every single size for more than 24 hours, as it's a LV item which can be shipped in daily, nonetheless to be out of stock for four days.

Pretty normal office supply store, but the staff was pleasant and quite helpful, and checkout was fast. The inventory isn't exhaustive, like some of the super-sized stores or online, but I was able to get all of the solutions I needed.

Good stuff in here for any small business owner.
