My company gets all our HVAC supplies from Carrier. When I went to pick up supplies for the job I was doing, Mike at the front desk was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. He was very belittling towards me. I didn't have a mask on as the Knox Co Mask Mandate was lifted as of Tuesday, May 27th at 11:59 pm. He went as far as telling me where I needed to stand. Being that my company spends lots of money with this company, you would think they would be nice & courteous towards all our employees. My upper management is aware of what happened. Mike needs to learn not to judge someone by the way they look & learn some good customer service.
