These people are great! Everything you want in a business- good honest values, skilled technicians, pride in a job well-done, on-time arrival, and great communication. They arrived when they said they would for our system maintenance. We have always believed in annual maintenance for our AC. We are new to the area, and weren’t sure what to expect. We noticed our AC seemed much louder than our neighbor’s unit and much louder than ANY we ever had, and were especially concerned before summer is here. We had another business come out in September when we first moved in- he said he couldn’t hear anything wrong- never opened the unit outside to see if there was something wrong and said- just wait until it breaks and call us- WHAT!?!
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but HCS was everything I could hope for and more. The owner and his crew have real pride in their work and our technician identified the problem while doing the maintenance and took care of the issue! I could NOT believe how quiet our system was running when he was done! Thank you for a job well done!

Our experience has been great with this company. Matthew and Michael are both easy to communicate with and very professional. We had an issue pop up unexpectedly and they shuffled things around to get to us quickly and resolve the problem. I highly recommend this company.

I was happy to have the technician come by within a few hours of my call and after ordering the part getting my air up & running within 2 days!

My new home’s HVAC was not cooling uniformly so I called them to come take a look. The young technician did a great job helping me to better understand the issue and made some good suggestions as to a fix. He also discovered that when my unit was installed the fan settling was set to low instead of medium so he adjusted the fan speed. Let’s see if this helps.

I needed some service work on one of my units. HCS Mechanical arrived at the time scheduled and repaired the unit. A professional company with High standards! I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs.

Mathew came out to diagnose and fix a problem that another company had been out three times for and hadn’t fixed. He immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it. His follow up to service was fabulous. We will definitely only use him for service from now on!

Michael was punctual. Very courteous. Fixed my heat and air. Replaced thermostat with one I had bought but didn’t know how to install. Best service person I’ve ever met!!! Company stayed within my price range as quoted..Actually a little less. Will have them back for sure

My experience couldn’t have been better. Best price of all quotes received, high quality HVAC system, seamless and professional installation and next day install! Clean work that looks great and that’s important because it shows they take care of your install as if it were their own. If I could give a 10 star review I would. There’s not enough positive words to describe how AMAZING Mathew has been with several service calls. We have had different issues with our AC unit, and Mathew would show up either the same day or next to cure the problem. Such a wonderful experience with HCS. We have no doubt we will continue to get EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

Mathew should get a HUGE raise/bonus for going above and beyond with his service to customers.

This group is reliable and quick to respond to customer needs. We had a high value inventory of temperature sensitive material with a broken warehouse heater and they helped us out in a bind. Highly recommended!
