Travis performed my semi annual check-up/tune-up this morning, and as usual was very thorough. I appreciate that he keeps me informed about possible evolving issues before they become ‘surprise’ problems. I have been a customer for many years, and have always been impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the employees I have interacted with, as well as the owner.

Maintenance Technologies has provided great support since they installed our Trane XC95 hybrid gas/heatpump system 9 years ago. We love the unit. The gas heat component was down recently and their technician, Travis did a very outstanding job quickly diagnosing and repairing the system. We needed parts, and he ordered and had them installed in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended.

When our unit went out on 4th of July weekend and it was 88 degrees in pur home my husband who knew one of the techs for years when he called him on Tuesday after the 4th he more or less blew offered no help finally after 3 hours called back and said it will be over a week before we can do anything and by the way it's $10000 dollars .By then we had contacted City Heating and Air didn't know anyone there but our neighbor had used them .The gentleman said he could come out The next day and install a brand new one for half what maintenance technology wanted and he overnighter it from Nashville. TO STHE LEAST MAINTENANCE Technology does not take care of their customer

Travis was professional and courteous. He came out around 9 PM on a Saturday night to get our AC working again.

Travis was extremely prompt, helpful, and professional. Got my AC working and answered all my questions. Super nice guy and great service at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Charged $275.00 for connecting new $85.00 tstat and a few wires. Cut out insulation in unit and did not replace. Other things like $91.00 for a $17.00 easy trap. Greed seemed to blind reasonable business. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Appreciated Michael correcting a zone damper issue which had befuddled us for some time. He wasn't happy until he resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Great job!
