Office Depot

I needed to fax some information and, as an older person who has not done this in many years, I was a bit lost at the self service offerred. However, an extremely help and pleasant employee named Rune assisted me from start to finish. I finished in no time.

Not my customary Office Depot location, yet biz event brought me by this location - so I entered in search of a headset solution. The staff was attentive, noticing my unfamiliarity with the layout and addressed my search expeditiously and courteously. Cashier was also friendly. Isn't that all that we want as customers - a little attention and some friendly assistance (when needed)? Thank You, Office Depot crew for a Good experience! :)

I placed my order online just after the cut off for next day service. I called the store they were able to print the forms for my 7am meeting within the hour, same day. Very thankful for the excellent service.

Went to make copies of a double sided document. The gentleman "Rune" was very positive and giving on his customer service. He was very busy but got to everyone in order. I thoroughly enjoyed his knowledge and skill at the copy center. Thank you Rune for a great shopping experience

This review is based on the very unsatisfactory experience with Ofc Depot’s Cust Serv Dept. However, the Kingston Pike store in Knoxville was the store that processed my online order. I did not get satisfactory assistance from them, either…just told to contact CS.
I had to call CS three times requesting a confirmation of a refund processing and was told twice, first time was 21 min call and second time 35 min call, both extensive holds and then a promise that several action steps had been taken to make sure my return is processed. I was told an auto generated confirmation of the refund processing goes out. However, I have yet to receive the confirmation, well over 24 hours after my first call. So, I called customer service a third time, and once my call was queued to the appropriate Dept, I was on hold for 6 minutes with multiple incidences where the call seemed to be intercepted and put back into queue. When a rep did take the call, within about a minute, the call was disconnected. I did not attempt a 4th call. I will not be doing business with Office Depot, going forward.

I was in the store March 23rd around 1:30 p.m. I wish I had gotten the Associate's name but he was very helpful. Best customer service ever

very fast friendly kind and courteous will keep coming back sometimes at different locations across the state if needs be.

This store always has what we want and more. If they don't they check inventory at other stores together us what we need. Good job!

Do NOT go to the store for prints. Place your order online, the prices is MUCH cheaper than going in. The price online was much lower than what I was charged in store. With everything being cheaper online anyway, I could see the Brick & Mortar going away in a short time. I was informed by the associate that Office Depot/Max Online and Office Depot/Max Brick & Mortar are 2 separate companies with different CEO's and different NASDAQ therefore the pricing will NEVER be the same. She was not even nice about, she said this is the retail side, go to Corporate, we have nothing to do with that. I understand business, but you don't talk to a customer the way she did. Go to Staples instead!
