Office Depot

The manager "Bill" is a super nice guy. I shop this store at the beginning of each school year for supplies and the manager and his staff are always so nice and helpful. The price and value here is better than you could get at the super discounted stores, and if not, I believe that they match competitor's prices item for item.

I’ve been doing business with this Office Depot for years. We have a small business and have use their print shop and shredding numerous occasions. Rudest customer service now in their print shop.

This location has self-service copy service which makes it fast and easy. It’s convenient and employees are friendly.

I was surprised at the good ratings. Came to this store and let’s just say customer service is a foreign concept to the employees. All I needed was to fax a few papers, I was left standing in the line while the employee kept her back to me as she continued to staple her papers. I called out to her excuse me miss. She turned around annoyed and say I’ll be with you in a minute. Meanwhile 3 other employees are watching this standing around doing nothing and none offered to help. I just left and went to ups where I was greeted immediately and the people were very pleasant. Save yourself the trip to this place and just go to ups. That is if you want good customer service. If not then clearly this is the place for you.

Had a print order that I needed that came up, yes it was a total of 1500 pages, store was 2 hours from closing and who I spoke to emphazed that, said can do tomorrow. Went directly to Staples, completed in a little over 45 minutes, Home Depot just lost my companies business.

I had a very positive experience at Office Depot. Chris exceeds expectations as a sales employee. He went beyond the call of duty helping me find what I needed and explaining warranties for me. He was also so courteous and friendly.

Merchandise easy to find and check out was a breeze.

Terrible return policy, and I mean the entire company and also this store in particular. I purchased a monitor from this store, which turned out to be slightly damaged, but was not allowed to return it because I no longer had the box. I called their corporate office, and was told it was up to the manager of the store I purchased the item from whether or not they would accept my return. He would not accept it. I called other Office Depot stores in the area, to see if they would either take my return or had a spare empty box for my item, and was told by each of their managers that they were not allowed to take returns for items purchased at other stores, but was told that they would have allowed me to return my item without the box had I purchased it at their store. Lost over $200 total. I would not purchase anything expensive from Office Depot or Office Max unless you like wasting your money. If you absolutely have to buy something from this company, avoid this store at all costs.

The lady working the printing center desk yesterday did not seem very interested in helping me locate an item for purchase via online. I brought the photo and item# in and when she searched, said we don't have it. "Usually when someone wants something online, they just order it online." Went back to my office and researched the product, found it online in 30 seconds. Item #227949
