Office Depot

I have shopped at the Kingston Pike Office Depot since it opened in Knoxville on Kingston Pike. They carry the items I need and I have always received outstanding service when needed.

I am planning a shower for a bride in NY, the person in charge of the invites dropped the ball and I had to make magic work on invitations. Mattie made sure to help me out with the invites and get them done in a fast manner. Austin was a fantastic help once I was picking them up. I will definitely be back to order from the store in the future because of their help! They made a bad situation easy and manageable!

The staff is very, very helpful. And pleasant.

Excellent welcoming, Staff willing to help and knowledgeable. If not sure what I am looking for, they check with the team and lead you right to it in person. Checkout is always quick.

This was the only place that had my item in stock. No one keeps inventory anymore and you have to wait for delivery or wait for the item to be shipped to the store. I love this store for having inventory on hand.

Office Depot/Office Max is always well stocked with merchandise. Exceptionally clean and well laid out floors. Personnel friendly and knowledgeable.

Literally the worst shopping experience of my entire life. I ordered a desk, when the desk arrived they only shipped half of the package. The desk is a large item so it comes in two boxes. I called customer care who told me it was scheduled for delivery the next day. The package never showed up. I have at this point called customer care every day for the past 4 days. They still have not sent me the rest of my purchase.

The absolute worst experience buying anything in my entire life. So office depot without asking scheduels a return on the desk.

So I guess on the bright side I won't have to worry about having half a desk. But I just paid a bunch of money for a huge amount of frustration.

Beware if you have an issue with them. They will do everything in their power to not solve an issue.

I needed printing done. The staff explained everything, told me how long it would likely take, everyone gracious and helpful.

I find going to Office Depot to make photocopies easy and convenient.
