Lee Company

I have left one review for Lee Inc. below, but felt I needed to add another, because they just completed an install of two AC units on my home yesterday. I interacted with the repairman who first came to my house, the Lee agent who sold me the AC systems, and two installation crews. I am completely satisfied with all of them. I found them to be professional and polite and they answered all of my questions. I'm glad I chose Lee Company for the install and feel that I got great service at a great price.

The repairman Matt came out this morning. He did a great job and wore a mask, gloves and feet coverings. He also wiped down the phone I used to make payment. First off, thanks for keeping us safe, secondly, thanks for fixing my electrical problem, and third, thanks for being professional and nice. Great job!

Lee company repaired our sewerage system two years ago and we were very pleased. I love that there are high quality professionals working there, starting with the one who answers the calls and others. Andrey called and said that in 40 minutes he would be at our house. Andrey explained everything very professionally, very patiently answered all our questions, explained that he would order spare parts and complete his work. We were confident that he would fix our electric stove. By the way, Chris, who also works for Lee company , called us today and said that the spare parts had arrived. This is how they work in a well-coordinated and professional manner in this company.

I whole heartedly recommend Lee Company’s Home Services. From the project scope planning and pre-renovation communication to the high quality of repairs, Lee Company was a joy to work with. You can trust them with repairing your home. I particularly want to thank Miguel for his communication and professionalism. Lee Company is amazing.

They do a good job when they are needed. We moved away from Tennessee. By far, Lee Company was the easiest to cancel. Thankfully this was not a concern with all we had going on.

Absolutely worst AC after sales service. Waiting for 10-12 appointment since 10 AM. A day off work and no one shows up. Multiple phone calls, tweets, promises and none kept. Does company think people do not have anything other than to wait on them. DO NOT recommend.

Very responsive whether you contact them via their website or telephone. We’ve used the Lee Company for both repairs and regular maintenance.

They have a big crew and as a result, you experience a varying range of service in terms of how helpful the technician is in explaining things to you or providing preventative advice. We’ve had people who were very thorough and others who did the basics before leaving.

We found a leak at the back of our water heater late Friday night and had to cut our water off. As we have used Lee Co. to do maintenance on our AC unit for several years, we knew we could depend on the great service we have always experienced with Lee Co. Given that it was on a Saturday that we were needing a repair, we called and were told that a technician would be out later that day, thankfully! Our wonderful technician, Patrick, was very nice and fixed our leak in a small amount of time and restored our water supply! Thanks again Patrick!

We have used Lee Company for several years for maintenance on our AC units and have always been exceedingly pleased with the service. It's easy to make an appointment, even after hours, and we usually get someone out the same or next day. Recently, we also had two Lee Company electricians work on our house, and we had the same exceptional service. The guys were so professional and kind. They did great work. We will DEFINITELY use Lee Company again in the future because of the consistency and quality of our experiences.
