I used this company today for the first time, they had someone at my house within 24 hours. The plumber was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a short amount of time for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for! I will definitely use them again in the future…

in 2022 Joslin came the day we called and found the leak in our water line. May 2023 they fixed a leak under the house that was connected to our outside faucet and came the same day we called. Outstanding service!

Called Joslin on Friday to get a plumber to fix our bathroom sink which was draining very slow. I was told they were too busy & would get to me probably on Tuesday. I agreed to wait on them till Tuesday & gave them my address & phone #.
I got a call Monday afternoon from Joslin saying their technician was in the area & could be at my place in 15 minutes. Since I was home I was pleased to get the plumbing work done asap.
The technician was quick & fixed the draining issue i had originally called Joslin for. Soon i remembered the loud noise the faucet makes when hot water is turned on. I told him about that & he was happy to fix it too.
Then I remembered that my toilet won't stop running water after a flush. He was quick & fixed that too. Next I remembered my elementary school kid dropped something down the drain in the upstairs sink. I told him I needed that fixed. He soon took care of it. Got everything worked on in less than 30 minutes.

I anticipated that I would be overcharged since I called him for 1 issue & got 4 problems solved. But to my surprise the bill was for $90. I was so happy that I wasn't being ripped off as most plumbing companies do.... Thanks to Joslin for ringing customers honestly.

I will surely be coming back to Joslin for all Plumbing & or HVAC issues.

"Dr. Pipe" Johnny arrived on time and fixed 2 leaks where the pipes froze and burst in less than an hour. He was very professional and personable. Excellent service from this company for the past 30 years.

Very dedicated to their work especially during freezing weather. Went over and above to service our unit when they were slammed and the temps were very very cold.

Discovered A/C was running warm.. called them and they were able to work us in and correct the problem SAME DAY! Thankful.

These guys are awesome. I used them a few months ago for plumbing and they did a great job so I just had them come out (in a ice storm I might add) to fix our HVAC. They showed up in about a hour of me calling and had the problem fixed within 10-15 minutes. Nathan did a great job. Their pricing is very fair, too. Once you find a company you can trust you’re going to keep using them. Honestly, it’s a relief when you have somebody to call that you can trust for plumbing and HVAC. You won’t feel like you’re getting ripped off or talked into something you don’t need by a used car salesmen. Highly recommended.

I always research online for companies when I need work done. I read reviews. I decided to call Joslin Plumbing to reattach my faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher when I had granite installed in my kitchen. I also had an upstairs bathtub faucet leak (drip) I was hoping they could fix. The plumber was very courteous and punctual. He addressed the 2 issues and left after giving me instructions on how to check to make sure the leak had stopped. The next day it was apparent the upstairs bath was still leaking. They promptly sent another plumber out and he DID fix the problem. Two days later I discovered I had standing water in my kitchen sink cabinet due to the disposal leaking. Another plumber was sent out and he was also able to fix the issue. I received an invoice for a total of $381, $160 to attach the disposal and $175 to attach the faucet, $46 was for parts. When I called for clarification on what I was charged for, I was told that "when the customer provides the faucet, they are always charged $175 to install". (Doesn't the customer usually HAVE a faucet?)
I don't know, based on the above, would you hire them again?
