Tried to repair my broken washer. Repair would cost more than replacement I was so advised.
Appreciated the techs honesty

Tyler, the Lee Company HVAC service tech, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with my HVAC system. He diagnosed the problem, identified what needed to be repaired and/or replaced, went downtown to get the parts he needed, and handled the repairs with minimal disruption. Tyler even vacuumed the carpet where a bit of insulation had fallen out of my attic! Overall, great job! Vey pleased! A+++

I would love to give Lee Company give 5 stars, they're people are very nice and accommodating. However, what turned out to be a 45 min repair on outdoor plumbing, took several days to actually get the repair completed. This means a few days with no shower, no toilet, no sink... A few different technicians came out and looked but no one wanted to actually do it. Eric, a project manager, finally got the job done. My hero! He apologized profusely and my paperwork received reflected that. I am forever grateful to Eric and his technician that actually did the job. For them specifically, 5 stars. I should also mention Hayley who answers the phone, she was wonderful in helping me and listening to my drama. Seriously wonderful.

Installed heating cooling unit. Broken and damaged coil 2 times. Delayed installment numerous times. Have had to delay my vacation 3 times because of broken or damaged coils..
Salesman that sold the unit was told it was bad didn't seem to care. Found out second one was bad still has not called. Called corporate waited 45 minutes to talk to anyone. So called manager calls could care less. Very sad. Also I do not do email and don't haVe one piece of paper on so called contract. Manager said I don't have to sign anything...how is that legal at all. Very very disappointed. Would not recommend this company.

Andrew, Bradley, Kyle and Will worked together 3 days this week to remove the old HVAC ductwork and replace vapor barrier and new ductwork.
They showed up on time, kept us in the loop about what they would be doing ech day, used shoe covers each time they came inside our home and cleaned up any debris each day. It was a big job, completed on time.

In our renovation of the house, we used 3 teams from Lee Company: electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. All were excellent, competent and easy to work with.
