I've used Lee Co for about 4 years now - they installed new Air/Heating systems in my house which have worked well. However, they are not professional when it comes to being on time to scheduled appointments. It took weeks to schedule an air conditioning routine service but I finally got an appointment for 12-2pm last week. I took time off work in order to be home for this appointment. I called around noon to confirm the technician would be on time (since I've been burned by their lateness in the past) but was told they had to push my appointment to 2-4pm. I asked why no one called me to tell me this and got a vague response. I politely said this is not a good way to treat customers and the response was kind of rude, something to the effect "that when you go to a doctors appointment they are not always on time either." The problem with this attitude is the doctor doesn't make 2 hour appointment windows and then push them 2 more hours to the right. Lee Co needs to figure out a better way to be on time for their scheduled appointments to be respectful of their clients time in my opinion.

Lee Company to the rescue! We had been dealing with another company, trying to get our AC unit repaired at our business (in the service industry) since March. The other company failed to meet their own deadlines three times, mismeasured and delayed the repair, saying it would be the third week of May now. We called Lee Company on a Friday and they had the new unit installed the following Tuesday, just before the hot weather hit. All three Lee employees we dealt with were responsive, professional, punctual, polite and they delivered. Thank you, Josh, Casey and Corey!

First, Lee Company did fix the issue. However for 1.25 hours of work to inspect and unclog the main drain, I feel the $669 charge was way in excess.

Use them for duct cleaning, and they actually never clean the docs, and had to come back out

Called them for a plumbing issue and they wouldn’t give me a quote as a contractor. Not going to call them again.

Lee company these past year or so had been a bit shakey on the service side of things. I have a contract with them, that I won't be renewing. Especially due to the rude, uncouth behavior last month... coupled with rough badly finished work.
A big shame and contrast to the 'old' Lee company I used to know and recommend.

I asked them to install a SEER 15 HVAC system, but they installed SEER 14 units. Only when I asked after the installation did they explain that addition of a variable speed pump made it a SEER 15 system, but I felt misled. Then I discovered that the installers cut the power line for one of my outdoor lights without asking or telling me. Very unprofessional.
