I just want to give a big kudos to Lee Company for my generator installation today. Daniel and Kurt managed the installation which was incredible to watch. Such talented and knowledgeable professionals! I live in Franklin TN and always wanted a whole home generator. I would look to no other company to get this done. Thank you Lee Company, you have some great people working for you!

They do outstanding work, they are on time, they always clean up after their work and are very professional. I had a new booster pump system put in and their technician,Drake, did a high quality job installing it. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Lee Company for all your plumbing needs. Lee company is my go to plumber.

We contacted Lee for issues with our HVAC unit. When the technician arrived, he expressed his frustration with the fact that my husband wasn’t home so he could explain things to “someone who understood,” as he put it. When I assured him that I could relay the information (as well as make decisions regarding my own home) he said “well it can be difficult to relay these things you know.” His condescending attitude is a blemish on the face of the Lee Company. Unfortunately for them it will also cost them the account of this client.

DeWayne Bragg is our technician and he is all about customer service. He is always on-time and let's us know when he'll arrive for our service window. DeWayne is thorough, and checks everything each time he comes, i.e., Spring and Fall. So many companies say they are all about customer service, but so many are just giving lip service. Very happy with Lee Company and especially with DeWayne and his professional work ethic.

Avoid the yearly preventative maintenance, you're just paying for a sales call. Salesman tried selling me a $5000 "upgrade" in a new house. When I didn't buy it his attitude turned awful and he said the actual issues I called him for were fixed by someone else and left. My system is in MUCH worse shape than before he arrived, making a loud pulsating buzzing noise. Clearly this was designed to force me to call them back. I'll be using anyone els to fix their failue.

I've been on Lee Company's monthly subscription plan for 4+ years. I had a plumber come unclog a sink and he recommended we get some additional cast iron pipes replaced as soon as we were able so they didn't cause bigger problems. No problems with the plumber, he was great. He wasn't able to give me a quote and said it had to be done by a project manager. The project manager shows up on Feb. 1st and takes a look and says he'll send us the estimate "that night". He also mentioned they are a little more pricey because they "are such an established company" and "will be around forever", blah blah blah. We didn't receive an estimate that night. I contacted him the next day and mentioned we'd like the estimate because we wanted to get the work done right away. He said he'd get the estimate to me as soon as he was able. Another day goes by without an estimate. We finally get the estimate on Friday Feb 3rd. The next week I contacted him Monday (Feb 6th) with some simple pricing questions. No response. I followed up again on Wednesday (Feb 8th). No response. I followed up again on Friday (Feb 10th). No response. I called Lee Company's main customer service line on Tuesday (Feb 14th) and explained the situation and asked if I could be transferred to another project manager who could help me. I was told the representative was going to reach out to my current project manager and his team 'as we speak' and that they would respond in a timely manner. It's now Friday, February 17th, 3 days later, and I still have not heard from anyone. I've been a paying customer for 4+ years, and this is how they treat you. Pretty disappointing experience with "such an established company".

Do not use this company. Poor service all the way around. We called for an estimate to run new gas lines for our house. Technician came out and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Said a project manager had to review and then we would get an estimate. Had to call to get the estimate days later. Then we went ahead and scheduled the job. We called again to confirm whether we needed to pull permits or they would do it. They said they would do it. The day came and nothing could be done because no permits were pulled. They also told us the wrong info about the gas meter. We called Clarksville Gas and Water along with another local gas company and they both confirmed what you guys told us was wrong. How has your company lasted this long with such incompetent employees?
