Malone Heat & Air

My air unit stopped working on a Sunday. I contacted several local companies on Monday and Malone was the only company that could get a technician there that afternoon. The problem was diagnosed within a few minutes. Since my unit is older, the part was not accessible locally. The part was ordered on Tuesday and another technician installed it on Wednesday afternoon and I had a cool home again that night. Professional and no nonsense. I appreciate their company and service.

Chad was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He explained the necessary repairs to get the outside unit operable and answered any questions I had. As always, Malone did it right and they prove time and again why they should be our first call. Thank you for 18 years of trust worthy service!

Excellent, professional service. We called at 9:00 am and had a tech at our house at 9:15 am and he was able to take care of our issue and get us back to better than before in less than an hour. Big shout out to Chad, thank you for everything!

AC blower motor went out in this heat wave. Tech was able to come same day, diagnosed problem, part installed next day! Super friendly staff, and repair tech Tyler was awesome!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Explained in detail what the problem was and what had to be repaired. Installed new ecobee thermostats and did a complete walk through on explaining how to operate them along with downloading the app on my phone. Our central heat and air went out on one of the coldest days of the year. I took a chance based on their ratings and called Malone Heat & Air. I spoke to Reed who was very helpful but said they were booked up through tomorrow. I had him put me on the schedule just in case. They had a cancelation and was able to get a tech out that afternoon. Jack arrived and got us going again. He was great. Very professional, explained everything in a way we could understand. He is a wonderful representative of Malone Heat & Air. What was a bad experience for us was made a little better by the great way we were treated by everyone. I will use them again and recommend them highly!

Although they did not fix my A/C unit, they were professional in accepting their shortcomings. I would definitely recommend this company in the future. Managers and technicians were very professional
