    Sadly, my experience didn’t mirror all the five-star reviews on here. I scheduled an inspection for ductwork that had to be replaced and dealt with more iffy customer service than anticipated. We couldn’t be there for the inspection so we utilized a lockbox for the tech to access our home. The man who came to our house never alerted me of his arrival or departure like he assured me he would. I had to call to ask for any updates. My husband actually got home as the tech was exiting our property and he didn’t acknowledge him or choose to give him a quick rundown of what he just checked. I had to continuously call and request the quote multiple times over the course of two weeks, but I was ultimately ghosted and gave up.

    I am very pleased with the service I received from Malone. My old unit was about 30 years old and my heat didn't work, they came out and told me my unit had seen it better days.. Jimmy Malone came out and give us an estimate and I really appreciate his honesty!! The guys that came and installed my new unit was also very friendly and professional.

    Malone heating and air was super friendly and quick to come and fix our AC. They explained what was going with our AC clearly. Highly recommend this company! The gentleman that came and fixed our AC (Brandon) was at the house within an hour and had everything working again so Fast! Excellent company! He was awesome to work with! Will definitely used again!!!

    Malone Heat and Air provided superior service when my heating system stopped working and needed repair! The office staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The Technician, Chris, was on time, very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered parts and did what he could to temporarily bring the system up to keep us comfortable. After the parts arrived, I was called, an appointment made and the office staff and specifically Chris repaired the system quickly and very professionally! Hat's off the Malone Heat and Air, the office team and a recommended pay raise for Chris for being a top notch professional! I would strongly recommend them for any Heating and Air repair!

    We noticed that our heating system was not working properly on a Saturday morning. I called Malone heating and Air because they had done another repair previously. Even with it being a Saturday, Pablo was out in the afternoon to diagnose the problem. He could not repair it at the time because of it being an older system and the parts had to be ordered. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.
    On the following Tuesday Malone called me to tell me that the part was in and that Chad would be out that afternoon to repair it.
    Chat arrived exactly on time and had it repaired in no time. When he left everything was working properly.
    The next morning I realized that the system was not coming on and turning off as it should. I called Malone and Chad was out within a couple of hours. He went through the whole system with me and he finally diagnosed that it was the thermostat. He went through it several times to make sure that that was the only thing that it could be. Again he answered all of my questions and was super nice all the time. I am certain that this was no oversight on Chad's part. It was just my luck. He offered to put in another thermostat but I decided I would do it myself. He gave me several pointers on how to do it safely and without damaging the system.
    I will recommend Malone heating and air to anyone who needs work done on their system.
    I will also tell them to request Chad and Pablo if they have the opportunity to. They made me feel very comfortable with everything.

    Jack correctly diagnosed my heat pump problem as a reversing valve that was sticking in the half open position. When the part arrived, he was out here the next morning and performed the repair quickly. My heat pump is working great!!! Jack is a very friendly and professional tech. Anyone would feel very comfortable with him at your home performing HVAC maintenance. Thank you.

    Chris is always very Professional very knowledgeable takes his time to explain the issue .I always ask for Chris if he is available and in the area where Service is needed. I Have been using Malone Htg & Air even before Jim went into business.

    Wonderful on the phone, but incredibly rude and unprofessional technician. Was immediately angry getting out of the vehicle, stating that I gave the wrong address, which I replied "how are you in front of my house then?" He then begam making fun of me for having a lock on my fence and asked "who locks a fence?". Very confrontational and kept accusing me of "not believing him" when I kept asking him questions and for him to show me what is wrong. My unit was frozen over, so he said we would have to wait until the next day to work on it. I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude and he said he was sorry. He forgot about us and the reception was apologetic about it. They sent him out after hours. He asked to come in to look at the filter, the filter is brand new, and said my problem was fur related. I told him that's not true, the ducts are fine, and the filter is clean. Then he pointed at my dog's and said that it was their fault my unit was broken. I said, but the unit is frozen, which his response was "yep, because of the dogs.". When I asked him to show me what he was working on, he panicked, and began saying that I was calling him a liar. I just stated I wanted to know what on earth was costing me 300 dollars.
