    Called around 10am on a Saturday. Received a call within 10 minutes and said the technician would call to schedule the service. Jack called within na few minutes and said he would be here within a hour and he was. Jack was very friendly and professional. He went out of his way to show us ways to keep our unit running well. He explained everything that he did which we truly appreciated. Gave us options but was not pushy. Will definitely use again.

    Update: after explaining the issue with communication Malone helped install two new components and did so first thing the next morning. I am impressed with their ability to realize the mistake, and appreciate the quick turnaround. Still, I’m leaving 4 stars for the issues caused. That said, I highly recommend this company.

    Initial post: My tenant was living in 83 degree heat because of Malones technician. Unacceptable service.

    2 1/2 weeks ago had a tech come out to the house to assess an issue we were having. At that point it was great as the tech was out there same day. Then Jimmy Malone came out to do the quote and that's where everything went south. He said he would provide a quote now after 3 phone calls and a text still have not received a quote on the job. Really wanted to use them due to their great reviews but I will go elsewhere now.

    I've been a customer of Malone since '87 and have always received good, professional service. The last time by Pablo Carrillo and Ron Crawford. Ron accurately diagnosed the problem and Pablo did the actual work later, when the part came in. Both men are very technically qualified and personable. This experience mirrors the service I have received from previous work by others in the company. I will remain a customer for a long time.

    Most recently Ron Crawford diagnosed a different problem that requires a part not kept in stock and fixed the system to temporarily give me heat until the part can be installed. This is greatly appreciated for us to be able to stay warm in this cold weather.
    (Ron returned 2 days before estimated time and installed a new water valve - always good service.

    I have been in the appliance industry (mainly service) for over 30 yrs and I HIGHLY recommend Malone for any repair work. Exceptional techs, great communication during the entire service process and very fair rates.

    Don’t ever let Hunter (tech) leave your company! His consumer interaction skills and knowledge are off the scale!

    Hunter detected a leak in the coolant and quickly determined the source and was able to repair the system. He was very professional and courteous. He took pictures of the problem and then explained it to me and also showed me the part that was the problem. We would be happy to have Hunter service our units again. We have used Malone for many years and would recommend them.

    I called because my heat went out 2 days before Thanksgiving. The tech who came to tell me what was wrong with it was polite. Thats the only part I actually liked. The second man who was supposed to quote me for replacing my entire unit came in a timely manor as well. He told me he would send me a quote on my repairs that same night. They said if we worked out financing we could get a new one installed the next day. The man never sent me a quote so I called back stressing how much I needed it repaired because temperatures were dropping quickly and my children couldn't go without heat. I never received a call back. I called again stressing my need for heat. No return call. I called back on Friday really just begging for a quote and my need for a new unit and yet again, no call back. I even offered to pay the full price in cash if they could get it fixed before the weekend. I cannot believe this is supposed to be one of the top businesses in this area because the work I was needing costs THOUSANDS of dollars. Their poor advertising of saying they are a 25/7 business is a total lie. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. They will let you freeze before they actually try to care to come fix anything.
