Malone Heat & Air

After not having AC for almost a week, and having another company no show 2 days in a row, we called Malone heating and air. They got us in within a couple hours of calling them and fixed our AC. The next day, however, it stopped working again. We called them up again, and Sanford came out for us within an hour. He was extremely thorough, cleaned out debris that had been missed and came in and looked at the system inside. He identified a few more problems that were missed the day before. He was at our house for several hours and got us up and running again. He said we would need to have the unit taken apart and cleaned more throughly soon, but in the meantime, it would work fine. He stayed longer until the system came back on to make sure it was working. He did not charge us for coming out since the problems were not found the day before. He gave us a good quote for them to come out again and completely fix the problem, and we just have to call to schedule a time for them to come out. Overall, we had a great experience with Sanford. He was extremely professional and kind, and he was great at explaining everything that he was doing, and why certain things needed to be done. I would highly recommend.

We had a complete HVAC unit installed. The turnaround time from receiving the quote until completion of the project was a little over one day. The technicians, Tyler and Ryan, were very professional and polite throughout the process. They were forthcoming and patient while answering our questions. They arrived on time and their work was top notch with great attention to detail. Cleanup was spotless. Any modification I requested was promptly addressed and remedied. The owner, James Malone, stopped by to check on the progress and work and was very pleasant to visit with. I was especially impressed by his genuine caring and kind words for his employees. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future and have no qualms recommending them to my family and friends.

I feel Chris was wonderful. Explained in detail our issue which is significant. Pls help to resolve asap. We have no AC!!!!

I had a great experience with Malone. My old heat pump bit the dust and I shopped around with 4-5 different HVAC companies in the area. Brandon with Malone was the most thorough and knowledgeable of anyone I spoke with. Their pricing was also very competitive. They did the full manual-J test to get the size of the unit exactly right at my request which I appreciated. Unfortunately the unit I went with had a factory defect in one of the parts and didn’t work for the first few days until the part was replaced (which they of course did free of charge). But they were quick about it and obliged to give me a small discount for my trouble. Overall, highly recommend Malone.

Brandon did an fantastic job. He was very thorough and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. He was very knowledgeable with the products his company sells and maintains, which obviously comes from many years of experience with these products. He applied extra effort to make sure that I was satisfied with his service. He even handled an issue that wasn't on the original job request and charged a reasonable amount to handle the issue. In addition he was very personable and a good communicator, basically he was top notch! On 6/17/22 TM repaired one of our HVAC’s and it is now working perfectly. This is the second time we have used Malone and they they always figure out the problem and fix perfectly. Very knowledgeable and helpful!!
