Chris did great job, very friendly and seems to know what he is doing. Our heat went out Xmas day, Malone was the only that could could send technician next day and Chris came after regular hours. Very happy and will use them again.

Incredible service polite ,punctual and fair pricing . We have only lived in area a short time but have used them twice and they have made our HVAC issues painless would definitely recommend. Both techs have been super friendly and explained everything in easy to understand terms for us but Jack was super friendly and made what could have been a bad experience as good as a repair can be thx again guys

Tyler arrived on time and proceeded to assess my HVAC. He thoroughly cleaned the unit, inside and out, of leaves and twigs. The unit was checked out for proper levels of refrigerant, and a systems check too. Tyler is professional and does a great job explaining all that was being done!

Expensive!!! I hired Malone Air to service a central ac unit in a rental house in Chattanooga. I was told that there was a pinhole leak in air handler coil and therefore I needed to replace either the coil or air handler. After spending $361, I was then told it would cost over $2,726 to replace the coil.

I hired another licensed air conditioning company to do the same thing did the same for almost $1,000 less!!

We would give you a thousand stars if we could. Wonderful employees, quality work, best prices in town (We had several estimates that were way more for less quality) The best of the best by far!

Got three quotes from local companies (Reliable, Action, & Malone) and Malone was the best priced and quickest to get me on the books. In one day I have a completely new HVAC system and am finally enjoying the AC again in my home. Jimmy Malone, owner, actually came to my house and advised me on what I should and maybe shouldn’t do with my situation (12 year old frozen up Gibson HVAC). I went with a new Trane HVAC and am very pleased. The install guys even showed me the unit and some preventative maintenance I can do on my own to keep it running in top shape. Thoroughly impressed with the service and speediness of the folks at Malone. Would recommend!
