Hunter was great. His service very thorough conscientious neat and time sensitive. sanford also was very professional knowledgeable of the unit appeared to have a great deal of experience and was very thorough this team performed great I could not be more pleased.
Malone Heating & Air is serious about its business. This is their default: You call. They answer. They tell you they’ll be out. They’re out there. They do the job. They invoice you.
It should make people wonder why every business can’t follow its plan.
Service a 6 month checkup of 2 units. Service was nearly immediate. Tyler was prepared and knowledgeable on my installation, and performed spring cleaning on the 2 outside condenser units. Very pleasant to talk with.
Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Called, scheduled call, tech came out, reviewed the problem, agreed to take the job, charged $80 for 15 minutes ( I understand service call costs) this on 7/4/22, then salesman came by a week later, never heard from them again, called 3 times, left live messages with CS rep. Spoke to salesman once , said he would call back same day, nothing , crickets, so been over a month. If you don’t want the job…. Don’t take it. Absolutely the worst customer service in my life. Air takes a lot to get 1 customer but mess that up and You’ll lose 10.
Chris was very professional and courteous. He got our air system working in about an hour. We had to have capacitor replaced. He replaced it and we had air once again!!! Awesome service!! Definitely would use again.
Our technician Brandon arrived at the promised time, was very professional and made sure all the issues we were having with our unit was fixed and we were happy with the service before he left. Brandon was the most professional technician we have had come out and look at our unit. We will use him as well as Malone Heat & Air every chance we get. Not only do they say they stand behind their name and service, they have courteous and knowledgeable technicians. If there is someone better than Malone Heat & Air and Brandon, I haven't met them yet. Thank you for fixing our unit and not charging an arm and a leg to do it.
Have been using Malone’s over 20 years. After realizing our AC wasn’t cooling we called for service and Ron came out same evening. He checked and tried several things to repair and was very thorough but repairs were going to be $1500 but since unit was 20 years old we opted to just replace. Installers came out in 2 days and just finished installing our new unit. The installers were super respectful and did a fantastic job. So so pleased. We definitely would give Malone’s heating and air an A+
