Malone Heat & Air

I've never used this business for HVAC services, and I never will after the experience I had with a horribly unprofessional and unsafe driver this morning. This person driving one of your fleet vehicles pulled out in front of me without stopping to yield (I had a green arrow, he was trying to right turn on red), and then proceeded to go 35-40 mph the whole way down an interstate on-ramp, at a section of the interstate where the speed limit was 70 mph. Then, this person brake checked me so hard on the on ramp that I almost rear-ended them. I would have called to tell you the driver number, but I couldn't see it, because it was dark and raining. Yes, not only did this driver drive horribly unsafe and aggressively, but they also did it in the pouring rain in the dark. I drive a fleet vehicle for my job too, and I know one of the first things they teach you in vehicle safety training is to NEVER brake-check a person, does not matter what the other person is doing, you don't brake check them. Maybe you should make your drivers retake a fleet safety course because it doesn't seem like they remember any of the principles from it. I will never be using your company for HVAC services.

Ron showed up at 9:30 on Christmas morning. Excellent service. Unfortunately he was unable to repair our broken furnace. We’ll need a new one. Highly recommend him and the folks at Malone.

Called for an emergency heat issue at 9pm Saturday and after giving all the info no one showed up. My family was huddled in the car for warmth for a few hour before we called someone else.

Despite the warmer weather…these guys came out the same day I called! They were, courteous, knowledgeable, and quickly got the issue solved!

This was our spring maintenance check. Tyler lived up to the Malone reputation: on time, courteous, professional, and thorough. This company seems to always come through with outstanding technicians!

We had our AC unit fail late on a Friday night and knew we might have difficulty getting it repaired over the weekend. I called Malone first thing on Saturday and was quickly put in contact with their weekend technician, Jack. He was working on another site at the time, but assured me we were next on his list. He kept me updated through the morning regarding his estimated arrival time, then when he arrived he was able to diagnose the issue and had us up and running within 30 minutes. He was friendly and polite and did a great job. Thanks, Malone (and Jack)!

Mr. Talent was on time and very organized and professional. He assured me that my unit was in working order and was fine. He also gave me info on how to care for the unit as well. This is the second time Malone has made a maintenance call for me, and I’ll continue to use their services!
