    Tyler was very professional and explained in detail what the problem was with my heat and what was needed to get my system working properly. He came back late in the day with the part, so I would not be without heat during the cold night.

    The "after hours" failed me 3 times.
    We used Malone to install a new unit 3 years ago with no issues. But now...
    Saturday, 4:30 pm. I called and spoke with an after hours dispatcher. Told her my AC wasn't working. She said this was for "emergencies only" and they reopened on Tuesday (Monday was 7/4 holiday). After sweating and stewing about it for 2 hours, I called back at 6:30 pm. Spoke with a different woman. I told her it was 78 degrees in my house now. Could someone come tonight? She said, "Maybe. I'll give your info to the on call tech. He'll call you." He didn't. I called back Sunday, 8am. Spoke to a different woman who said the same "tech will call you" after I gave her my contact info again. After waiting an hour with no call, I called a different company. They were here in less than an hour. Still never heard back from anyone at Malone.

    Called at 9:30 AM, the tech was here by 11. He was extremely polite and professional, got my heat on quickly and I was pleasantly surprised by the final cost. Would absolutely recommend!

    Jack was on time and very efficient in repairing my AC unit. He troubleshooted the issue and went even further to ensure everything else on the unit was functioning properly. I highly recommend Malone for any repair needs. They offer great quality, honesty, fair prices, and ensure their customer is aware of all repairs and maintenance. Jack himself is a 5 star employee for this company. I will be using this company again for any potential future work!

    Malone Heat and Air came to my son's house to see why the upstairs would not cool. They came out 3 different times and said everything looks good-NOT-the upstairs was so hot, would not cool. Reliable Heat and Air came out and now, he has cool air upstairs!!! (I was really surprised - as I always heard that Malone was a good company)

    After Malone H & A diligently trying to fix my heating problems and discovering more problems, I decided to have them replace my entire system: heat, AC and ductwork in early 2021. Their service couldn't have been better. Now they come out twice a year for inspections. Highly recommend Malone H & A.

    During our service appointment were told our split unit will be fixed in 2-5 days once the parts are ordered. After 3 weeks of silence decided to check in and were told the parts had been ordered just wait. Two more months no calls nothing checking in again. Meanwhile they charged us 90 dollars for service appointment.

    Waking up Christmas Eve to no heat was scary as temps were in the single digits and I was worried my pipes would freeze. Thomas came on Christmas day, found and fixed the problem right away. So grateful to Thomas for working on a holiday.

    If you don’t mind paying exorbitant prices….like $218 for a $45 transformer that didn’t fix the problem then use them. After that they wanted to replace a control board at $337 that I said no thank you and bought one myself for $40, installed and still didn’t fix the problem….it ended up being a $35 relay!
    Punctual, pleasant but a rip-off!
