    First thing the tech said to me was “Let me guess you tried installing the thermostat yourself and messed it up”. The entire interaction felt like we were annoying him that our AC wasn’t working. I call for professionals because, yes I need your help, but being treated like we’re an annoyance is not what I paid $80 for. In the end he said it wouldn’t be worth it for everything that’s broken or “could go at any minute”. I got confused at one point but when he was annoyed having to try and explain I realized we weren’t going to get any help from him. Still don’t know what’s wrong with it though or if it can be fixed, but he left just setting me up with a sales guy and quoting $6500 for a new unit. Felt like I paid $80 to have someone talk down to me before saying I should just get a new unit. Still have no idea what broke or why it’s not fixable. Sure this was a one off based on reviews, but gotta go elsewhere after being treated like a burden.

    Chris and Malone Heat & Air have provided excellent and timely service on our residential heating and cooling systems for many years! Recently during a time of below freezing temperatures, our heating system failed. Malone Heat & Air responded with excellent service by Chris to restore heat on the same day of our call. We appreciate them very much!

    One of the hottest days of the year, and Malone Heat & Air came out the same day, late Friday evening to fix my air conditioning, and communicated extremely well. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Other big companies told me 1- 2 weeks for a service call in my area. Our family is thankful for Malone Heat & Air.

    Our place was super humid one evening. Hunter came over promptly, was super friendly, and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He was great to talk with and the service was excellent. Will definitely be using Malone again next time.

    Hunter arrived on time and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. He did a great job! He found the problem and fixed it. He wore booties while in our home (which was just an additional courtesy), and was polite. He fixed our AC in 1 hour after we had to deal with our home warranty (Which we purchased when we bought our home) for 2 weeks with no results! Would highly recommend Malone!

    So happy I chose Malone Heat and Air to install my new variable speed central heat and cooling system. I selected the viable speed because it would be quieter, but our summer electric bills were also the lowest I have had in the last 20 years. The pair of Tyler's and Chris that installed the system were extremely consciences too. Very much appreciate Malone Heat and Air!

    A technician came out to our home and said that “he wasn’t even going to do a leak test because my unit was 20 years old” that is the first lie I caught him in. The second lie i caught him in was him saying i need to have a brand new unit and it’ll be $7,000-10,000. My unit is FOUR year old. When I called the company back to complain because I was NOT at home when the technician came out the first time my mom was there for me, some one else came out that night and did a leak test and told us we had not one but TWO leaks. The first technician acted like he was better than and knew his stuff when In fact he did not. It has almost been a month now, and I’ve been calling weekly for updates. They keep telling me “parts” need to come in. The “parts” are still not here a month later and they can’t give me a update on when they will be. Mr. Malone knows of our situation and has NOT called to speak with me or my husband like the people on the phone has said he would multiple times. They obviously do not want our business and they do not care about their customers. I am NOT happy. I do NOT recommend their business, especially if they 1. Do not take care of their customers, 2. Are okay with Lying and taking advantage of their customers. And 3. Are unorganized and unprofessional.

    Update:
    They called me today to tell me that everything except one part was in, and it was going to be $700 to fix to leaks…. It isn’t my problem that they didn’t have the parts and/or it took a month to come in. Again, I am VERY UNHAPPY.

    And, Yes I’ve already paid $400 in coolant, and it’s been running out of my unit for a month now!

    Dakota arrived early, after calling to make sure he could. Found the problem fast. Fixed it, to last for my husband who is an electrician to go to Lowes and spend $35 for a part, we saved no telling how much.
    Happy with them.

    They worked me in quickly and were able to work around my work schedule. Hunter was friendly and did a great job. I will definitely be using Malone for my regular maintenance.
