Great staff, a very nice customer service and a great professional technician. Ola did clean, fast, and professional job. I will differently make them my first call if I need any AC repair

We don't have a choice when going through our home warranty. This was our warranty's second choice when the first expected us to wait for a week to look at our unit. I was relieved though, because this company had much better reviews.

The service tech was very professional and courteous. Even though it was already later in the day, he drove from Goose Creek to Mount Pleasant and back with our part and fixed it that evening.

Their office staff is friendly as well. I don't know what their prices are, as I stated, we used our home warranty for service. However, from a service standpoint, they're very good!

AC emergency and my first communication was Octavia. She was professional and kind with my situation. Jay was my technician and right on time. He was very much a gentleman and made me feel at ease the moment he stepped into my home. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything step by step. After he completed the job he offered me the Comfort Club for special deals. I will never need anyone else for my ac work. I am definitely convinced Acute is the best. Annette Nelson 06/30/2020

Acute Heating & Cooling is the company you need to contact for your cooling and heating needs. I contact company after hours. I left a message that a return call would happen the following day. Within an hour, my call was return. I wonderful lady listened to me, understood the need (HOT), and I that I had no AIR. A time was set and the Tech was there at the time, at the beginning of the window time. IMPRESSED!. I was again heard, problem assessed and treated. Not a long service call, but it was just what was needed. Customer Service was excellent! knowledge Top Notch! and professionalism from phone to door can not be purchased. Great Job, Check them out- you will NOT be displeased. You are my company for my Heating and Air jobs.

I had a top notch experience with Acute Heating and Cooling! From the Office Manager to the Technician I received courteous and professional treatment! It was such a refreshing change to have a knowledgeable and responsive team handing my air conditioning concerns! The technician was very thorough and actually took the time to educate me about what he was doing every step of the way! He went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed and satisfied with the work performed! I would highly recommend Acute to anyone!

Thomas and his whole team are just excellent at what they do. The technician Les is always polite and courteous and they had my heating up and running in no time. I recommended Acute to everyone I know. Thanks!

The service was fast and reasonably priced. Our tech was professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Editing my review to say this is the second time we have used this company, and we have not been disappointed. The price was reasonable, and the tech immediately knew what the issue was. You can't beat great service at a good price.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. The 5 star rating given by all the other reviews are completely genuine. I called Thomas to my house after Goose Creek Heating and Air had come over and told me what I already knew was wrong with my system and charged me $70 for that service charge only to bring a salesman to my house and talk to me while im in my attic dripping sweat from the AC being down with a smile on his face like he was about to make a sale. Then quoted me near $3000 and have the nerve to try to add on a brand new system saying it was required to fix the issue. Thomas came over and quickly confirmed what was wrong with my system. Took down some numbers and told me he would get back to me via text message with a quote. The quote came in for $1400 and then offered me a military discount on top of that. Offered 0% financing for the work and was able to do the work the next day. My AC works wonderfully now and I could not be any more appreciative of Thomas and the team at Acute. Acute may be a small business but it's website layout is top notch and the customer tracking is on point. Octavia, the operator, was very helpful and extremely pleasant to work and schedule with. I am thoroughly impressed with this company.

Thomas and his trainee were very professional and provided expeditious service for my unit! He was at my house within an hour after I contacted my warranty company. All other contractors wanted me to wait for repairs up to three days; Mr. Thomas cared enough to make my family a priority and we are grateful. Even the admin assistant that contacted me to schedule the appointment was very pleasant and accommodating. Class act company!

Thomas and the Acute crew are the best around. I am so grateful for their thorough work solving our very particular AC issues, which other companies a) couldn't solve or b) wanted to replace entirely. I'm sitting here with cool air blowing again!
