Had seasonal maintenance done on our HVAC system. We are on a prepaid program for seasonal maintenance twice a year. Technician J.P. is very professional and kept us informed as to what he was doing.

Les and JP were extremely professional and got the job done quickly at my commercial property.

They arrived 30 minutes earlier than their earliest expected time. They diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes and even when their job was done they went above and beyond to make sure the unit wouldn't overheat.

They really took great care of us. Les and JP are the best. I definitely recommend this company, Les, and JP to anybody that needs A/C repair. They will be my go to from here on out.

It was time for me to get my unit serviced & also there were some weird sounds coming from it. I had seen Acutes trucks & wanted to support local small biz. So I reached out to their dispatch (which was very knowledgeable & friendly) & by 4 pm the next day they were here. I really enjoy their email/texting capabilities & big box branding without being a corporation. Thomas the owner came with a trainee & they did the diagnostic which was a flat fee. They went ahead & serviced & introduced me to a customer servicing plan that gave 15% off yesterday of the total bill due to that. They both were very respectful & effective & great to talk to. They found the water drain needed cleaned & repositioned. They kept the house clean in the process. Am looking forward to partnering with them in the future!!

Every element of our experience, from the dispatcher to the technician, was excellent. They were able to fit us in and were communicative, professional, efficient and friendly. The technician was thorough and documented all repairs. The time from the initial phone call to completed repair was about 2 hours.. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Acute arrived on time, performed the inspections and needed corrections in a professional manner and debriefed me concerning the necessary repairs.

Our A/C shut down suddenly and completely, and our warranty company contacted Acute to set up an appointment for us. Two techs were dispatched, and both were courteous, professional, and efficient. They found the problem quickly (clogged drain that triggered a shutoff switch), fixed it within a few minutes, and tested to be sure it was really fixed. I will definitely put them at the top of my list next time we have an HVAC issue.

This interaction was so exceptional that the cost didn’t matter! The guy was professional, efficient and punctual. One small detail, that meant a great deal to me, was that they gave a 2 hr window of time for the visit. Prior to the arrival they sent me a text that he was on his way along with a picture so that I knew who would be coming into my home. After he resolved the problem, he did a through inspection to make sure that no other issues would arise after he left. This was one of the BEST experiences that I’ve had with any company, period.

Our AC wasn't working and they sent out technician Ola Tackett. He arrived ahead of schedule and did a thorough assessment of our HVAC system. He clearly explained what the issue was and fixed it. He wasn't pushy about services or tried to get us to purchase additional equipment that wasn't needed. He was professional and very respectful of our home and pets. We will definitely be using this company again because of the great service he provided.
