Very easy from start to finish. They were able to move our appointment up due to scheduling issue and came out the same day I had a a problem. Les and Ola were professional and very up front about issues. A pleasure to work with. Will definitely use Acute again in the future.

THIS IS A TOP-NOTCH BUSINESS! After getting the run-around from our home warranty company we knew we needed to replace both units in our home. With EVERY call we made to Acute while researching different companies and equipment, we were treated with respect and were given information from a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They were always available to take my calls, never having to leave a message on an answering machine or waiting for a return call. The installs were smooth and the technicians were equally respectful and knowledgeable about their work and cleaned up after themselves. It is extremely easy to recommend Acute Heating and Cooling company!

Ola Tackett arrived at my residence on 6/29/2022 to diagnose my A/C unit which had stopped working. Ola found the inside unit blower module defective. After replacing the module, it was learned that the ECM blower motor was also defective & would have to be ordered. On 7/7/2022, Ola returned with the owner of the company, Thomas Edwards, to assist him with the confined space for the installation of the new blower. Ola & Thomas were professional as well courtesy during my entire interaction with them. Ola thoroughly explained everything he was doing during the entire diagnosis & repair as well as answering any questions that I had. Ola also showed me how to navigate their company website to inquire about enrolling in their preventative maintenance program. I would recommend Acute Heating & Cooling as well Ola to anyone. Very pleased with the service & personal interaction.

Tom and Ricky replaced my unit and were very pleasant to work with. On time and very eager to get my office cooled back down. I don't want to forget Octava for her excellent service as well

Acute was contracted to us by our home warranty company in which they were fast to make the initial appointment where they quickly discovered the issue. We had to do some "dancing" with the home warranty company to get a part but Octavia from Acute was super helpful and kept an open line of communication to help us get things to where they need to be!

Their team is super helpful and knowledgeable on AC systems and I would defiantly use their services again in the future!

My experience was wonderful! I got a follow up phone call immediately from Octavia after my home warranty company scheduled an appointment. She was very accommodating! Octavia asked very important questions regarding my HVAC system. Les and Austin, my technicians, were punctual and very polite. They also let me know what they were doing step by step. I will be using Acute Heating and Cooling again in the future and will be recommending to family and friends!

These guys are top notch! So grateful to have found a business that does exactly what they say they are going to do. We had a slight hiccup in my service call that was resolved ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would have ever expected. I will say, Acute has a customer for life. The customer service was an A+ and the service techs were phenomenal. They were professional, timely and kept me apprised along the way. I haven't seen service like this for years. Acute should be proud of their dedication to the community. Highly recommend!

After talking to several other companies, hearing conflicting recommendations ("you should get new duct work and new components in the crawl space; definitely move it to the attic; a split system is best for your needs; a packaged system is the way to go."), and getting astronomical quotes, we gave up and soldiered on with our ancient and inefficient HVAC system.

Brian was the manager of our project and was great to work with as well for all the same reasons. Octavia fields the calls, schedules the work and is a true pleasure to work with. Everything about the work they do and the way they do business is about high quality and making it easy for the customer. The system they installed has been flawless.
