Our tech came out on time and was very polite. He installed 2 ecobee thermostats in close to 30 minutes. Very quick!!! He left no mess behind. Highly recommend using this business.

My wife and I AC system went out, so we did a lot of research in reference of having a new HVAC unit installed. Very nervous about this based on the cost and the system needed. Wanted to make sure that is was going to be professionally done right. We came across Acute Heating & Cooling and is so very satisfied of the work that was done. The product we chose is an state of the art and works flawlessly. We did run into a minor issue that we were having after installation but upon calling the company, they immediately came back out, located, and took their time in resolving the issue and advised us that any issues that comes out, that they would immediately resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone whom want professional and excellent services and products.

Put in an appointment request online yesterday, was called back within thirty minutes & had techs out to service my A/C this morning. This is my second time calling Acute Heating & Cooling and the second time I’ve been more than satisfied with their service. They’re professional, punctual, & honestly just nice people. Les and his partner were prompt and knowledgeable. They performed a seasonal inspection of the unit and commented to me. I asked them about a particular issue and they went under the house to inspect the duct work and in the attic for a look at the insulation and made their comments. They listened, advised and I felt I had been well informed for future actions. I would recommend Acute and this crew to my friends. They were referred to me by my daughter.

So glad I'm a member of Acute's Comfort Club. When I needed a new unit I was able to get immediate service and had new unit installed and running smoothly before a cold front blew in with two nights of freezing temperatures. Our home was warm and toasty through the cold snap. The Acute team was courteous and professional in every step of the process, from the front desk to the technicians in the field. Amazing customer service all around!! I called at least 6 different company’s for a service call for no AC in the heat of the summer and couldn’t get anyone here before Monday or Wednesday! I call Acute heating and cooling and Octavia was awesome and assured me that they would have someone out today!! That alone was music to my ears!!
