Very professional, clean, and great communication! Our AC went out on a holiday weekend and we were scheduled ASAP. Les came out to perform the initial assessment; he was very thorough and explained things in a way I could understand. Parts were ordered and several days later, Thomas came out to perform installation. Again, very professional and proficient staff. They cleaned up any mess and even covered their shoes when entering our home. Octavia answered every time I called; she was very helpful and had a pleasant demeanor. Highly recommend this company!

The technician arrived promptly between the two hour time window, a rarity these days with service companies. He was incredibly courteous and wore appropriate PPE to protect my home and my family. After quickly showing him around and providing him a poor description of the problem, he jumped in to action and found the root cause of the problem. Highly recommend! We started with setting up routine maintenance and requested a quote to checkout our duct work (prior company installed incorrectly). They were timely, courteous and gave us several options. We moved forward with the suggestions and very reasonable estimate. We could not be happier with results and workmanship. They were communicative throughout the process and answered all of our questions. I hope we do not have any emergency issues but it is a machine and I know who to call in the event. I don’t typically leave “positive” reviews however I have to give credit where credit is due.. We needed some major repair work done (replaced evaporator coil, capacitor, defrost board, etc..) Acute really came through and did a great job! They were quick to respond, extremely friendly, professional, considerate, and fixed all the issues with both my units! They even wore face masks and covered their shoes before entering my home without me even having to ask! Big ups for that! Extra kudos to 🏆 Brian & Veea 🏆 for really going above & beyond & getting us taken care of ! We will be returning customers in the future when needed!! 😊

Tomas and his team were fast and efficient with their installation. They were very clean and polite, and did not interrupt our business work flow. Everyone was very helpful with showing us how to use the thermostat, and everything they installed. I would highly recommend Acute for any service or installation needs that ANYONE may need.

Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Acute. Our AC unit had stopped working the day before an event we were hosting at our house. Thomas was there first thing the next Morning (a Sunday) to help us out. He is responsive, professional and can see why he has so many good reviews. By far the best experience I've had, with any repair service.
