We enjoyed our experience with our response team. We got Les and Cedric, they were fast, very professional, answered all questions, and very nice. We will definitely be coming back due to the fact of the amazing team members and the great prices.

Acute Heating and Cooling were a pleasure to work with. I had to replace all the ducting in my rental property. The first quote I got was twice as much as what Acute quoted me. They were affordable and professional. Octavia is so wonderful and personable. She made the whole experience of replacing the ducting and servicing the HVAC at my rental property so easy. Let me say I have never been so impressed by any service technicians as I was by Les and the other young man that accompanied him. They arrived and it was raining outside. They put booties on as they entered the house and greeted us with a professional handshake and a great smile. Once they assessed the unit they gave us the news about our unit. Even though they were unable to repair the unit the information they provided was informative.

First, I had a 32 year old Trane heat pump. and I asked for recommendations on Facebook. I looked up each company and only found 2 companies that were locally owned who sell Trane, with Acute Heating and Cooling being recommended by a realtor friend of mine.

I called, and Octavia was very courteous and professional! Thomas came out at the end of his day when I came home from work! He diagnosed and explained thoroughly what was wrong and what specs were needed for us to get cool!

Within 24 hours, an estimate with each of the Trane choices we desired were then emailed to us. Within a couple of days, his crew came in and installed an entire new inside system, outside system, thermostat and new lines under the house in approximately 6 hours! I was amazed at how well the team worked and how clean they left in each of the places where they worked.

I am so impressed overall, I recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks for help with their HVAC! Plus, my FROG is now being cooled off where the okder system could never cool it, AND my electricity bill is no longer outrageous!

Was given a list of several providers to come out to fix my HVAC system, which was leaking. Out of those providers, Acute HVAC was the ONLY one with good reviews. Now I see why. Thomas showed up the same day at the promised time and took care of the problem. He was friendly, outgoing, funny, and professional and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.
