Acute Heating & Cooling

Had Acute come by for an installation and the entire process was very smooth from my initial call into their office to scheduling to completion. JP and Dale, the technician team that worked on the install were great - they were punctual, friendly and educated me quite a bit on the system and product features. Have had some hit-or-miss experiences with HVAC companies in the Charleston-area previously, but would definitely use Acute again in the future.

The experice from start to finish went very smooth. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient in setting the appointment. The technician was on time,and thorough. Will use again.

JT came by at the scheduled time - diagnosed the two problems and was able to fix the thermostat within an hour. Fair price and excellent work. Thank you Acute and JT - job well done

They installed our Heat/Air unit 4 years ago. They have performed tuneups spring and fall. They are wonderful and very professional. I highly recommend to use them.

We were extremely pleased with our service. Our tech, Ola, was fantastic! He was was running ahead of schedule, and called to ask if he could come over early! He was super friendly and professional. Everything went so much smoother than I anticipated, and the pricing was reasonable. He was able to quickly find the problem, and offer solutions. He made sure to give us pricing before any work was done, with absolutely no pressure to pay for anything we didn't want done. I really appreciated that he offered ideas on some low cost things we could do ourselves, between maintenance visits, to keep things running well. I highly recommend their services, fast, friendly, professional, and informative.

I wrote a review about Acute Heating and Cooling back in July 2020 after they installed two new HVAC systems in our house. It was a review full of praise and certainly a company I could highly recommend. We are relocating and selling our house and needed Acute to check some things out before closing. I must say, Acute is a top-notch business and was very attentive to my needs and even sent a technician out the day of my request. The staff is so pleasant to talk with from the moment they answer the phone and the technicians are the best! Their pricing is very competitive and the comfort of having an excellent company to stand behind their work is an incredible feeling! KUDOS TO ACUTE! Other companies should take a lesson from you!

The team at Acute Heating and Cooling came out to diagnose my AC as it was struggling to keep the house cool in the hot weather. Thomas came out and was up front and honest about the situation. We needed a new unit. Ricky and Tom came out the following week to install the new unit. They were very professional and very friendly. They did fantastic work. Can’t say enough great things about the team at Acute. Keep up the great work!!
