Called my home warranty company due to my AC unit not turning on anymore , within ten minutes of hanging up, Acute called to book an appointment to diagnose the issue. Came within their listed window time frame (and not at the very last second of the last hour ) and Ola was very informative and hands on with showing me the issue and what needed to be replaced and the function of the part as to the necessity of it. I will gladly do service with them again!

Very professional and on time. Did A/C maintenance. Did not try to up sell me for additional work. Gave a report showing the condition of all systems. Have used them in the past and will in the future.

This company has gone above and beyond with their customer service. Our AC stopped working and we needed a new part installed. We were kept up to date throughout the entire process from the initial consultation to the final repair. The tech, Ola, that came to check and repair our AC was very professional and explained everything well. Amazing company! Thank you!
