Received great service, and Dawn did a great job taking care of my issues and concerns after having a component fail on my 14 month old system, out of warranty. They stood by their product and I am happy to say that they have won my business again.

This is an initial review based on initial service call. My Carrier split pack was purchased from and installed by BH&A roughly 2.5 years ago. I contacted BH&A on Monday A.M. to request service. The phone attendant indicated they were swamped and could not arrive until Tuesday A.M. The service tech arrived Tuesday A.M and immediately diagnosed the issue to be a failed blower motor and reported he had at least 10 failed Carrier blowers the prior day. The bad news was that it would take BH&A, a "reputable" HVAC dealer 2-3 days to acquire a replacement. I'm on day #2 and have received no update from BH&A. How is it possible that this business experiences so many Carrier blower failures and are ill prepared to respond to their customers needs? I've been hearing BH&A radio advertisements pledging guaranteed customer satisfaction. I'd like to know if the BH&A owners/operators experienced the same routine failure in their residence and were told it would take 2-3 days to order and recieve a part in the 21st century, if they would be a satisfied customer? Potential customers beware!

Purchased maintenance plan and had to call them everytime. Had to have someone else come and do the service on my HVAC system. Called 3 times for a refund of my money and to this day no returned phone call. Will report them to the BBB!

Carl arrived this morning and found that I needed a capacitor replaced on my heating system. He had a new one available on his truck and took care of the situation promptly. He was very professional and took care of everything needed. Thank you Maria long

Berkeley installed two AC systems for me and they've been great. Service is outstanding and you can trust them.

The installers were polite and professional. They worked until the job was done, and the heat pump works. We'd use Berkeley H&AC again in the future.
