The team was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They completed The job efficiently. They answered all our questions and were very patient and personable. Before they left they completely cleaned the job site. I would definitely recommend them and this company.

Ok, in my daughters house the guys put in an entire system that I think should have taken 5 days, did it in 3 and a half. But they didn’t rush to do an ok job. They stayed on track and did everything they needed to do and did an OUTSTANDING job!!!’ This is why we use Berkeley for our AC/Heating needs at our home. Don, Adam and Russell, an asset to Berkeley Heating & Air. Simply put, these guys are the best in the business. Many thanks.

Andrew from sales came promptly, sent estimates firat day, ordered supplies over the weekend. The team of 4 staff arrived on time at 9, very courteous, dog-friendly, kept traffic area clean, removed and installed new outside heat-pump unit and air handler up in attic and finished by 430pm. Highly reccommended!

When it was time to install a new unit at our home, Andrew came out to assess what was needed and then again after installation. Here's how you know your AC guy takes his job seriously: Andrew called me up and told me the install went great and new unit looked so good, "Seriously Whitney, you're not going to believe how good this unit looks. It's so nice." Granted, our old unit looked like it could fall apart any minute, but when I got home after work and went to the backyard to see this gorgeous new air conditioner, I'm not sure what I was expecting, but you know what it looked like? An air conditioner! It still cracks me up thinking about him taking his job so seriously that a boxy air conditioner could elicit such an impassioned response! That was two years ago and where our old unit couldn't keep up in the summer, this unit keeps it a cool 72 even when the heat index is over 100. And our electric bill is still cheaper than it was!

Most recently, after Hurricane Dorian, the tenant from my rental property called to tell me when the power came back on, the AC wasn't working. This was a Saturday, late afternoon. I called Berkeley and left a message with their answering service hoping to get on the list for Monday, but a technician, Carl, actually called me back within five minutes! He said he would come out tomorrow (a Sunday!) and take a look. He reported the blower motor was bad and needed to be replaced. He apologized for not having a compatible replacement on his truck. Are you kidding? No need to apologize-- you came out on a Sunday, and after a daggone hurricane just cleared out Thursday night! First thing Monday morning, I got a call from Allison in the office. She explained they did not have the part in stock and UPS hadn't made a delivery in almost a week due to the storm. She was waiting on the delivery to find out what, if any, parts would come in. Lo and behold, she called back mid-morning and UPS had come and a compatible blower motor was in the lot. The technician was at my rental property and had the unit cooling before dinner time-- now that's service!

I am so appreciative of all the good care I've received from Berkeley Heating & Air though the years-- the technicians who complete the preventive maintenance and repair services, the nice ladies in the office and that crazy Andrew who knows a good lookin', good coolin', cost efficient unit when he sees one. :)

I filled out the form to request an appointment online 8 days ago. I received a confirmation email saying someone would be in contact shortly. I never received any followup and had another company come out.

I have used them for over 15 years and they have always been fare and prompt. One of the original units is still working fine and I just replaced the gas pack, because the heat exchanger had holes in it. They came out just a couple of days after we agreed on the price and everything was complete in one day.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The person I talked to when I called was very friendly and professional. She promptly got back to me with an eta for a technition just a short time after my call to Berkeley. The technition arrived on time. The tech was thurough, friendly and helpful. My issue was resolved and he gave me suggested actions if the problem happened again. I would definitely use them again. Very satisfied.

Another win for Berkeley. Once again great, prompt, and friendly service when we had a problem. Turned out to be something small (blown 5 amp fuse) which the tech had diagnosed before he even got into the attic. What impressed me is that he hung around to make sure the fuse didn't blow again due to some other problem.
