Took a month and a lot of money to get the unit working. After $3500 BH&A still said $1000 for another part. Contacted another company for a second opinion. Discovered BH&A LIED. The $1000 valve was not needed. There is no evidence that BH&A sealed a leak with tape. The other company could not find any leaks, even though BH&A was saying there were leaks. The second company said they would have replaced our unit for $3500.

Robert was fantastic! Late on friday afternoon he went far above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my heat pump working on the phone when another company had come to the house twice and failed.

I can't say enough as to the service and the professional workmanship. I used them 40 years ago on my commercial jobs and they have maintained their reputation. I would highly recommend them for residential or commercial jobs!

The service technicians were very professional and finished the job much quicker than I expected. Left the area nice and clean I hope the additional returns will fix our problem with one room being warmer than the rest.
