The technician no-showed to the scheduled appointment twice. I took off work twice and never got the courtesy of a call to let me know they were not going to show up. They had installed our HVAC system years ago and did fine then. They must have more business than they know what to do with. They were very disrespectful of my time.

Purchased excellent, reasonably priced, air conditioner from Berkeley. Don Lee provided excellent maintenance service, clearly explaining his procedure. We will definitely continue using Berkeley Heating and Air Conditioning for routine maintenance and repair if needed.

The technician was great. He was extremely thourough in checking my Hvac system. As I watched he checked for any thing that could be the possible source of the problem. I know he was thorough because I had already done alot of research for a week before I called, And he went through and checked everything that I did and a couple of other things as well as running tests on my unit and found I was a little low in freon. He checked the temperature again after topping off my system with freon and answered questions I had about humidity and gave me some great information on how my ac system works. If I had another problem I would definitely call them again!

Berkeley Heating and Air is really a great company.My Hvac system was still wasn't cooling after the previous call, to which I found I needed a replacement. I spoke to Sherry in the office who was extremely personable and seemed really concerned about my situation.The sales representative Andrew was easy to work with, went through every aspect of the unit we wanted to buy , made us feel incredibly comfortable with the whole process. The installers Donald and Adam were top notch in every category- prompt, courtesy, professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of trade. Gave tips on best perfomance and energy savings for my unit. Great job Berkeley!

Kevin and William were amazing and took such great care in installing both Carrier 16 Seer Performance Series D/S, Gas Furnace/Air Handler, Compressors and thermostats with both system being located in attic spaces. Berkeley Heating and Air has been our servicing company for over 15 years, I highly recommend this company for installations/upgrades, repairs and servicing.

Berkeley Heating & Air Conditioning recently installed a new whole-house dehumidifier in my home. They also redesigned some of my existing ductwork and repositioned a thermostat to improve overall efficiency. There work was top shelf and the new equipment, new ductwork design, and new thermostat location have my system running better than when the home was first built! I use Berkeley for all of my HVAC needs and highly recommend them.

Berkeley Htg. & Air came out today for my regular A/C preventative maintenance and ended up saving my unit. Donald Lee was the technician and literally went far beyond the call of duty to save my hearing and air unit. I will definitely request him every time I need maintenance again. I just can't say enough good things about him and the company. Give them a call for all your heating and a/c needs...and request Donald as your technician!!

Donald came to do our routine maintenance. He was thorough and clearly explained everything he did, including the specific readings on the system. We love Berkeley Heating & Air because they bring us peace of mind, knowing that our unit is well cared for and in good shape.

Did a beautiful job of removing and replacing two AC/ Heating systems. Kevin and William did a real clean job. They put coverings on the rugs so they wouldn’t get dirty from removing older dirty units.
They leveled the outside units perfectly- I’ve seen other companies work and you can tell from a distance the workers didn’t care about the end product. I would gladly recommend using Berkley for any of their heating/ air conditioning repairs or upgrades. The new units are so quiet! Job well done

Andrew arrived as expected and was very professional. He was prompt in emailing several proposals and was willing to answer any questions or concerns. Techs Donald and Adam installed my new heat pump and digital thermostat. They arrived on time ready to go to work. They did a great job and were quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable about my new system and willing to answer my questions and make recommendations. They even recommended a new cover for my return vent. I am pleased and satisfied with the results.
