Don and Adam were very knowledgeable, willing to take time for any questions I had, offered updates and info on the fly. Addressed any issues found in a timely, professional manner. They were polite and delivered exceptional customer service! They are an asset to Berkeley!

I was very pleased with Berkeley Heating and Air Conditioning. The company made our project as stress-free as possible. They were able to work with our timeline and was even able to get the job completed ahead of schedule. Our technician Adam was very knowledgeable and professional and alleviated all of our concerns. We will definitely be using them again for all of our HVAC needs.

When our 23 year old system refused to perform, we called Berkeley for repairs. After inspection, they advised it had seen its last use. (We contacted two other companies for quotes on replacement).
Berkeley was not the cheapest, but more than competitive, and certainly the most responsive. Their staff was superior to others, and in todays work environment, this is a real plus. (Had previously done inspection).
Complete new unit, installed without any problems including new thermostat (covered old holes in wall) and left the area clean. Installed a screen over fan blades to catch some of the leaves etc falling from our 3 Oak Trees. New Duct cover from unit to inside duct constructed on site, Amazing workmanship.
If you want a company that provides a fair cost, actually shows up and does the work, Berkeley is the company to try.

The Berkeley Heating and Air crew did a full replacement on a 5 ton heat pump system at our home. Andrew was extremely helpful in our process to make a decision on this major system replacement. He was available to answer all questions even after the initial consultation and quote. The crew showed up later that week and immediately went to work removing the old system and installing the new one. They were kind, courteous and very professional throughout the entire process. Donald and Adam worked hard to make sure the job was done right. We were back in business by the end of the day, just in time for some 35 degree nights! I would highly recommend Berkeley to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I shopped my new A/C install job around and landed on Berkeley. I do not regret my decision. Donald, Adam and Bryan showed up on time, we’re extremely polite and professional and ultimately accomplished the job in an excellent manner. The few questions/concerns I brought up were politely and professionally answered. They worked diligently throughout the day and then took the time to discuss the completed job to me, describing how to use and set up the new thermostat before they started their cleanup. I cannot stress how important it was to me to have such competent techs carry out this job as it was not a light decision to spend the money I did on this system. Cannot say enough good things about these guys! We have used them multiple times. Most recently they were a piece of a much larger project. The overall project was delayed and we were bringing our newborn home from the hospital. Aaron and Donald stayed until 8 PM that night so that we could have heat in the new space. Above and beyond is an understatement! 10 out of 10!

Donald and Adam were extremely professional from setup, removal of the old unit with all precautions taken to protect the house.
