Our friendly technicians are available 24 hours a day for your emergency service needs. I read this on your website thinking my emergency would be taken care of but no we called on Wednesday and the technician was not available to check out our EMERGENCY need (air conditioner not operating in 100 degree weather) until FRIDAY. He shows up FRIDAY to tell us he has to order a part to help us with our EMERGENCY needs and additionally the part may take 2-3 days to arrive!!! The forecast for today is 100 degree and Saturday it's suppose to be 102 degrees. Does this constitute an EMERGENCY need as it states in your 24-Hour Emergency Service disclaimer?
