David and Alex were wonderful to work with. Both of them were extremely professional. They were able to tackle all the little things that pop up in these types of installs, while also answering my million questions to put me at ease. They made the removal of my old unit and the installation of my new unit seemless. I have found a permanent HVAC company with Berkeley's. Thanks for having guys like David and Alex on your team.

Kevin and William did an outstanding job installing my new Carrier Infinity heat pump, air handler, and thermostat. All were installed in a professional manner. They had to remove the attic ladder in the garage in order to remove the old air handler and replace it with the new one. I have had crews from another company go through the same drill twice before and those crews had to schedule a carpenter to come out and reassemble the access ladder back to a safe and operational status. But not Kevin and William . They took it down and put it back up like professional carpenters. They worked hard in the heat of summer. And they did the complete installation in a very professional manner. They left everything neat and clean. Outstanding job guys!

System runs like new. Installed in 2014 and maintained every year. Donald Lee is my favorite technician. He goes the extra mile and has a pleasant personality. If I have an issue, they'll show me priority due to having the contract. Only used it once, but the problem was caused by my electrical, not my unit.

Arrived promptly for appointment, inspected system inside home and outside that needed replacement, offered three solutions for us to choose from, all three were excellent quality and value. Agreed on a system and date to install. Installers arrived promptly on agreed date and time and were absolute professionals . System up in running that day and just perfect all around. Berkeley Heating and Air installed an upstairs system in my home. They were so efficient and professional and went about their work as if my house was theirs. The techs were immaculate and when they left, I couldn't tell they had been there! I highly recommend them for friendly and professional services.

Update: install was, as reported very good however that's where it stopped. Unit had problems and over the next year the service git worse. Almost a different company. Items said to be under warranty were coating more fir free part than if I'd bought it new. They didn't show up when appr. Scheduled. So as happy as I was with install the after care was terrible. And worse part they simply didn't care, sales guy actually said they were too busy and had too many new customers that they just didn't worry about existing.
