Andrew, Kevin, William & the rest of the team were fabulous! Our AC going out during the hottest part of summer was not fun but this team had my problem diagnosed within a couple of hours from my distress call. It was a major repair & we decided to replace unit. Andrew came out & quoted me a couple of options we picked one got system ordered & as soon as it came in they were out to install it the next day. The service is awesome. From small problems to large, they are on it. I would definitely recommend having an annual maintenance agreement. They treat us like a king. Friday night we noticed the system was off and there was water (condensate) in the drip pan which is usually dry. The call center answered within 3 rings, quickly took our information, and had a tech call us within 5 minutes to schedule a service call. They would have come out that night but we opted for 9:00am on Saturday. The tech arrived at 8:51. He fixed the problem, explained clearly what he did, and let us know that as a maintenance client there would be no charge for the call. Done and done. That’s service.

These guys are great! I am in the real estate development business and I need reliable service. This company knows what they are doing and provide great service. They show up on time and are very knowledgeable about their HVAC equipment. I've tried numerous different HVAC companies. I would not use any other HVAC company for my work.

Berkeley Heating and Air was the 3rd HVAC contractor we called to fix our Fujitsu mini-split. The first two were actually "preferred" contractors on the manufacturers website, and neither of them could solve the problem. One of them actually went as far as ordering a warranty part from a local distributor, installing in, realizing it wasn't the problem, uninstalling it, throwing up his hands and leaving. He is the one that actually recommended I call Berkeley H&AC.

Bill came out and in no time flat had the problem fixed. The mini-split, which had been down for almost a year, is back up and running just like new. Great experience and Bill was awesome!

We are very pleased with our service man, John. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He showed up on time and was even willing to sweep up the little bit of dust that fell out of the attic. We will definitely be using this company in the future.
