We needed HVAC repair and complete installation on another unit. The process started with Sean quoting the new system which was seamless. On the day of installation, two crews arrived (one for installation and another for repair)- a full day of work in and outside of the home. The gentlemen came prepared, they were professional, explained everything, answered all questions, and worked diligently taking great care of our home. It was extremely hot and we were very impressed by their positive attitudes. We also needed to adjust some account information and Brandy (in office) was such a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this company. The service plan they offer is worth it- FYI.

I always have received great service from this company! Matthew Rodriguez and Sean Cahill are great! Zach Davison and the rest of the crew did a great job installing my new unit. They cleaned everything so well, except for the new unit you can't tell they were even there!

Steven Moore was a consummate professional; knowledgeable and courteous. He called when he was on the way, an hour from my house. However, I never imagined it would be that late in the day.

I was disappointed in the communication system, waiting all day for a call from the technician when I had expressed to the lady that scheduled the service that I was taking off work to meet them. I was told when I called in the middle of the afternoon that they don't schedule windows of time, except, presumably, the window that represents the day of service, which as it turns out, begins at 8am and lasts at least until 6:45pm, whe the technician finally arrived.

Under the circumstances, I think if the dispatcher had been notified that time was an issue for me, he could have consulted with the technician and at least advised that the tech wouldn't arrive until the afternoon. Surely a half day window of time isn't too much to ask.

The service was otherwise commendable.

Champion Comfort Experts replaced a faucet for me on 9/6/22. The technician Joseph Kelly covered his feet before coming into my home. I live in an old home with a single bathroom I have two leaks , the other being the bathtub faucet. He explained what it would take to do that job, that I would need someone to come in and fix the tile work. He explained that he didn’t want to mess with the aging tile and cause another problem. This information was much appreciated. I had my brother get the faucet from Home Depot, that price was taken out of the quote. He quoted me the price if I had both faucets done in one day and then the prices for them separately. I could only do the sink faucet today, because at the moment I don’t have anyone to do the tile work. Joseph installed the faucet, deposed of the old faucet, cleaned up, payment was accepted, and all done in a nice, timely and friendly manner. Thank you Joseph and Champion Comfort Experts.

Our AC unit froze up and we didn’t know what to do. Fearing the worst we called them up and they promptly responded to my voicemail and scheduled a time for a technician.

Devin was an absolute rockstar. His customer service was beyond exceptional, and his knowledge made me feel confident we chose the right company. He was honest and completely thorough with our inspection and repair. He showed me where the filter was located on our old unit, and wakes me through the entire inspection to assure me we should be okay for a few more years. Their maintenance plan is such a piece of mind and honestly money happily spent so we can help curb surprises.

10/10 will recommend to everyone we know.

Service technician was absolutely phenomenal. Best I have ever had. He quickly and efficiently replaced the toilet. He kept everything clean. Was professional and courteous.

Steve did an excellent job, he was able to location and repair the problem rapidly and had me back online in no time at all. He even show me the part that was bad and how he checked to see what was wrong. He went out of his way to help me get my thermostat back on and was friendly and professional.

He was very well mannered , on time and very thorough and cleaned up when finished .

Dylan did a great job was fast and quick was able to get done the same day
