A few weeks back, initially met with Isaac for the HVAC maintenance offer they had on promotion. Came out and inspected and were very professional and informative with their findings. Recommended replacement of the system due to inefficiency but more importantly, safety. I’ve had many folks tell me my furnace, which is 20 years old, needed replacement, but no one took the time to explain why. I just thought, if it works it works, and I’ll wait until it goes out or until I absolutely have to. Turns out, it’s been on the cusp of pumping carbon monoxide into the house. So sure, it would work and survive the winter, but whether or not I would was up for grabs. They asked if I had CO detectors, and I thought I did, but inspected and let me know that I didn’t. Luckily, I had one that could plug in from my previous home, and they advised me on the best placement for this. Given this information, I decided to proceed with getting a complimentary quote on replacement of the systems. (Also, I did go back and google what they were talking about to double check them and they weren’t making things up- they also took photos and showed me so I had that as well).

So today, met with Shaun to get quote for HVAC replacement + ductwork replacement. As with my previous experiences with Champion/USS, very professional and informative. Shaun worked with me on getting a price that would work for me, which I really appreciated. I’ve been really impressed with the customer service thus far. I’ll be getting the installation completed next week, which is quick turn around for quote to service.
