My first Google review ever. I had a great experience with this company. Setting up an appointment was easy and quick. Technicians were professional and efficient. Not only is their service fee half of what other companies were quoting, they waived it because he was able to fix it on the spot. Who does that these days? They will be my go-to for HVAC and plumbing!

My outside unit decided to stop working on one of the hottest days so far I called the folks at Staten and within the hour Cody their technician came out and got it going again. Awesomeness experience!!

Not only did they fix my plumbing issue but also had excellent service very polite I had asked if they could come fast and they came immediately due to me having my kids home now me and the kids have a working toilet I recommend to anyone

This is the company you want working on your plumbing needs! I had a major incident at my house. I called the main office (very knowledgeable lady took my call and asked me all the pertinent questions). Brandon arrived within 20 minutes. He had the problem diagnosed immediately and told me what needed to be done. He made sure he got the necessary city permits to dig and put me on the schedule. He even let me borrow a water key so I could have water during the weekend. He was back the next business day with Jerry and installed a whole new line within two and a half hours. That includes digging up a section of concrete! Not only that, but I had another unrelated problem and he and Jerry advised me on the best way to handle that. As a female, I loathe dealing with contractors and repairmen for obvious reasons but these guys and this company are top notch. From the initial call to the repair, everything was absolutely superior. Add them to your contact list because they’re the best, hands down.

If anyone needs a good tech, please request Chris G. He did a great job not only fixing our upstairs sink, but also installing a new garbage disposal. He was very professional and completed the job fast! I will most definitely keep Staten Plumbing in my contacts for any future repairs or replacements. Thank you guys again!

I had Staten install a water heater and do some plumbing work and I couldn't be happier. First, I like to use hometown businesses if possible so Staten was one of my first calls. Greg quoted me an excellent price and he stuck to that price even though there was a lot of work. A company's best salesperson is a technician that takes the time to do a thorough and professional job without rushing through his work. Greg excelled in all of these and is a credit to Staten Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate to call Staten Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Staten Plumbing exceeded my plumbing expectations. My technician Chris G was personable, punctual and professional.
