    Ed and his team did a great job. Our furnace went out on Saturday night and we needed a new unit. We were back up and running on Monday afternoon. Always good to work with a company that takes great care of it's customers when they are in need.

    He installed my unit in May of 2020 and it has never cooled my house. During the summer it was installed it was be as high as 90 in my house. I called him repeatedly the came out once and said it was a clogged filter and change the filter and told me to give it a day or two to cool down and after about a week of it not cooling I called him back and he would not answer my calls. In the meantime my air conditioner is running nonstop making my electric bill extra high. So I call Duke Energy do do an assessment and the tech said the air come out was not coming out cool enough. So I tried Mr. Wells again to give him the report from Duke Energy. He never called me back. So here it is air conditioner season again so I call again and no answer no return phone calls. Waited a week and called again he answered and tried to say he came out several times last year and I said he only came once and told him that I am the only person that lives here and I would have had to let him in then he changed it to say he came twice. Share paid to have my unit put in and he told me I had to talk to them. Even though his company did the work. I also plan to make a complaint to the BBB I have already called the manufacture

    Mr. Edward L. Wells. If I could give you a zero star rating I would. You installed my mother's HVAC unit back in 2017, and she has had intermittent, recurring problems ever since. You have been unresponsive to her phone calls and only made one failed attempt to resolve the issue. According to my mother you have came to her house four (4) times about issues related to the "new" HVAC unit that you installed. My mother went out of her way to support a black owned business and you let her down tremendously. Your are callous and unprofessional. We are filing a small claims action against your company with hopes to recoup her entire investment. She spent over $5,500.00 on the new unit and trying to get repetitive issues resolved by other companies. She had to pay another company to get the unit repaired multiple times and the unit failed AGAIN Today. THE UNIT WAS NEVER INSTALLED CORRECTLY BY YOUR COMPANY! We will see you in small claims court, so you might want to alert your commercial general liability insurance. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. YOU ATTEMPTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY MOTHER, A SINGLE BLACK WOMAN. You are disgraceful! See you in court.
