Service person was excellent.
However, Champion prices are past gouging. Installed 1 thermostat and left an invoice of $344 .
Would love to have Devin as my service man but I would never use Champion again. I would hate to think what the cost would be for a bigger repair. $249 for one thermostat plus service charge is certainly price gouging.

Steve is an awesome guy. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He tells it to you straight allowing you to make the best decision(s). I would recommend him to anyone with HVAC concerns.

Andrew came to our house and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He got the job done in no time. 10/10 would definitely recommend. I am not very savy with plumbing issues to begin with.. My wife left town last night and (as my luck would dictate) I had a fairly major issue with our bathtub water line first thing this morning. I tried everything I could to stop the water flow, but once I realized I had exhausted my options.. I picked up the phone and called these guys.

Andrew was at my door within 30 minutes and went right to work. He solved the issue, which was a huge relief. But on top of that, Andrew was just an all around good guy. Very polite and professional.. Gave me options with his assessment and could tell he was genuinely trying to help on the overall cost of the fix. I found them on Google, but will never again use Google if I have a plumbing issue. I'm gonna call my guy Andrew. Top notch operation and customer service. 🙏

This was a follow up call They were here within the hour of my reporting an issue that resulted from the day before service. They were here only 10 minutes but seemed to resolve the issue. Will know for sure tomorrow when we shower. Please with Andrew!!
